The 180 m2 villa has a fabulous open plan living area with air conditoner, comfortable sofa , smart TV with International channels, loud speakers etc. The modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar offers a great space and is well equipped for self catering and has all the usual facilities including microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Annex to the villa there is a studio which consists of a double bed and an en-suite bathroom . The annex has its own entrance and can not be rented separately.

The solar heated pool can be also electrically heated. Please, note that there is a supplement to heat the pool electricall of € 20 per day. It requires the use of the pool cover at nights to keep it warm
