Condo was wonderful. Condo was everything they promised, very clean, truly lovely. Area is wonderful. We had an issue with check in. We did not get amenity bands or parking tags until approximately 48 hours into our stay. We had registered on line in advance as directed. VRBO was not helpful in addressing this. Multiple phone calls by individuals who were reading scripts and not trying to fix the issue. Internet access is not good in the watercolor area and accessing text messages and emails in that area also complicated the issue.

We sincerely apologize for the delays in receiving your amenity wristbands and parking passes. We understand how frustrating it was to spend the first two days of your stay without these items, especially after completing the required registration in advance. While we were glad to provide compensation for the missed amenity access, we regret the inconvenience caused by the communication and check-in issues. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are glad these concerns did not overshadow an otherwise enjoyable stay. The condo was excellent. Great location, spacious, nicely decorated, and immaculate. However, I wish a starter pack was left in each bathroom, and the bikes need to be maintained. The chain kept falling off one of them. I called the Ike company, but they never showed. My only complaint would be the 10am checkout. The condo was not booked again for then day of our departure. They did give us an 11 am checkout but we didn’t need to leave until 2:30 for the airport. future renters, your wristband also stops working at 10:00 am. So, you need to be inside the beach club or wherever before 10:00 am, the beach club did store our luggage, and we were able to shower there. Overall, it was a great stay, and would recommend.

We had a great time! Beautiful, relaxing area right in the middle of town. Just a short walk to the beach. We’d love to return again one day!

Perfect Stay For Small Family.

The condo was oversized and very spacious. The rocking chair and swing on the porch were perfect for rocking the baby and the bedroom was large enough to accommodate a pack and play. The location can’t be beat. We will be back!

Best time

It was one of my favorite VRBOs and trips. Location was great - easy walk to the beach club, wine bar with good food down below, candy bar with ice-cream for the kids. We had a blast at the beach club pools. Easy walk to seaside and all that it offers as well. Beach is of course gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

Location, location, location. This rental was home run when it came to proximity. It was a block from the beach and beach club pool. Right above some great food places like Scratch, Beach Happy Cafe, and The Wine Bar. We could make easy bike to Camp Watercolor the water park. It was easy 10 minute walk or less to down town Seaside.The accommodations worked out well for the family of four. Our two girls slept on the pull out. It had tons of living space. I loved outdoor porch and screened in table for outdoor meals. Very clean and new. We also took advantage of the bikes. We got additional rentals for the kids.The only disappointment was we could not access any of watercolor amenities on the first day because you don’t get your wrist bands until 4pm check in. We flew in early to take advantage of the first day but couldn’t access pools and had to pay for parking. After check-in we got wrist bands and parking pass for the week.

Perfect location

If you are looking for a perfect location, this is it! Convenient to the Watercolor Beach Club, shops and Wine world. The property was very clean and well stocked. Our only issue was the queen size bed( should have a King) and it was not comfortable. Not fun going on vacation and having to downsize to a smaller bed. All in all a good property!!

Very happy.

Perfect location! Great condo, bigger than it looks in the photos. Great patio. 360 Blue was very helpful anytime we needed something. They surprised us with a crib for out baby! Much nicer than the pack/play we going to use. We will be back I’m sure!

Good location but needs updates

Perfect spot right across from the pool club. The condo itself could used some updating. Scuffed paint and baseboards everywhere and refrigerator was not the one in the pictures and did not even have an ice maker.
