この素晴らしいコテージは、公共のビーチの入り口から通りを渡ったところにありますが、住宅街にあります。 2019年秋にフルモデルチェンジ...基本的に真新しい！ 2つの大きなベッドルーム、2つのフルバスルーム、広々としたリビングルームとキッチンを備えています。 ファイヤーピット付きのパティオ、テーブル、椅子、ホットタブ、グリル、自転車とビーチチェアもあります。 ビーチ、レストラン、カクテル、アイスクリーム、および他の多くのショップの近くを歩きます。 加えて、テニス、シャッフルボード、スケートボードパーク、遊び場、バスケットボールができる素晴らしいコルブ公園まで近所まで半ブロック歩いたり、野球の試合を楽しんだりできます。 レンタルは土曜日から土曜日のみにしてください。 この素晴らしい新しいロケーションは、みんなに何かを提供し、あなた、あなたの家族、そしてあなたの友人をリラックスさせること間違いなしです！

Beautifully updated cottage. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Location is so close to the beach - very short walk. Beach items provided in shed were very helpful especially the wagon to haul everything!

Everything was great. The only issue I had was if you are over 6’2” the showers are gonna be a little short for you. Besides that everything was nice

We absolutely loved our stay at A Beachy Keen Cottage! Steps away from the beach, yet still on a quieter road. Great restaurants in walking distance also!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the beach just steps away. The updated kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with every appliance we needed, making it easy to prepare meals throughout our stay.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious family areas gave everyone plenty of room to relax and spend time together. One of our favorite surprises was all of the beach gear that was provided—chairs, toys, and everything else we could possibly need. There was more than enough for our group of six!This property truly had everything we were looking for and exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect home away from home, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

The property exceeded my expectations! If I were to host a property, the decor and finishes are exactly what I would pick. The home was very clean, beautiful and well stocked. The kitchen was well appointed with pans and cooking utensils. It really had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to our families VRBO and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.

Property was just as detailed in the description. All amenities (beach gear, towels etc.) were available as pictured. My family and I were in town for the weekend while a tropical storm tried to make it to shore. Unfortunately this cut down on our beach time but we found so many entertaining venues nearby that we still had a great time. There is a great Bar and Grill just down the street from the house and an amazing coffee shop (The Grove) around the corner that was fun to walk to in the morning. Paula was easy to communicate with and check in was smooth! The beds were comfortable and the house was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The walk to the beach was super easy thanks to the availability of a wagon and right by the public beach access. Paula has a binder of house rules and requests upon check out (totally reasonable) and I would definitely stay here again!

10/10 Just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos! The cottage had all of the comforts of home and more. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. We enjoyed riding the bikes through the neighborhood which was so adorable with old Florida charm. The location to the beach was just perfect, it was a very easy walk so you can pop back and forth. I wish we had more time to stay! Beds were comfortable and decor absolutely adorable! Loved it!

I stay in this house was perfect . The house was very clean and well appointed top quality furniture and kitchen items. The only problem was the weather, but I don’t think VRBO can do anything about that will try again another time.

Paulas cottage was spotless. I wear white socks indoors, the truest test. It was very tastefully decorated, all of the amenities you could possibly need were there. Every pillow, and there were many, also linen and blankets, were of fine quality. A great location, closer to the beach than I thought, with a full supply of beach equipment and 2 nice bikes. Enjoy!!

This little slice of paradise is right across the street from world famous Indian Rocks Beach. Not only awesome beach property, but wonderful for sports enthusiasts. PickleBall, Tennis, Skateboard Park, Basketball, Fishing, Kayaking, Surfing, Boating...all within a couple blocks.

These fully updated cottages are loaded with nice “Extras”. Well stocked kitchens including spices and paper goods. Sleep Number King Bed in Master Bedroom. 2 Parking Spaces per Cottage. Washer/Dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Patio Furniture, Grill, and 11ft Umbrella on your patio. Enjoy the Hot Tub/Micro Pool...my own term for when its hot out and you turn down the temp in the hot tub to make it more comfortable, like a pool. Wonderful beach amenities, Including wagons with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and games like Corn hole. Your own private little home by the beach. We hope you’ll join us!
