Salty Air Retreat was perfect for our spring break getaway! The house is beautifully updated and was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The beach is maybe a 4 minute walk away and we loved being able to walk to restaurants, the ice cream shop and coffee shop. The location is perfect.

Perfect rental

This is a sweet rental. Close to beach, stores and restaurants. The place is very clean and comfortable. There's a place to sit and enjoy the nice weather both in front and out back. We loved having the baseball field across the street to watch the games. Wasn't noisy at all. This was my second time at this rental. Hope to be back!

Prrfect Location

The location was absolutely perfect. We only live 35 minutes away so to be able to park the cars upon arrival and not get in them till we left was a huge plus. Restaurants and shopping all within a few blocks.

Great location & plenty of space

Great property, super location close to the beach and cute breakfast spots. Loved the newly renovated bathroom with the tub. Great communal spaces. Wish the sofas were more comfortable and the shower in the “main” bedroom had terrible pressure.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Salty Air is a beautiful home and was perfect for our weekend getaway. The surrounding area is filled with great spots for food, drinks and entertainment and is a stones throw to the beautiful beach. Angie was a fantastic host, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly. We would love to stay here again!

Family Vacation

House was very clean and cute, enough room for 6 of us and our dog. Short walk to beach and many restaurants. The kids loved to play in the yard, adults enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for sharing the beach house with us!

Perfect family location

We loved our experience at this location. As others have noted, it's steps from the beach. Also next door to baseball fields and pickleball courts. The house had beach chairs and a nice beach cart. The house itself is beautiful, bright, and new. The mattresses and linens were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. But be sure to bring extra toilet paper if you think you'll need more than one roll per bathroom!

Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by Emil and Angie Baltic. They have lived in Clearwater, Florida since 2004, and have purchased and restored many homes in Pinellas County. Emil works at St Petersburg Fire Rescue as a firefighter/medic and owns Baltic Remodeling, specializing in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Angie has been a licensed realtor and home stager/interior designer for over 15 years. Emil and Angie manage their own vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and love everything about the vacation rental business. Enjoy the day at Indian Rocks Beach only 1 block away and evenings in Clearwater, St. Pete or Tampa, if you're looking for a night out! Right across the street is Kolb park with playground, pickleball and tennis courts and more! Walk to many restaurants, bars and shopping! The spacious home offers the small town charm of Indian Rocks beach surrounded by large cities for the best of both worlds!

• 3-bed, 2-bath (Master - King bed, Guest Room 1 - 1 queen and 2 twin bunks, Guest Room 2 - 1 queen and 2 twin bunks)

• Kitchen is fully equipped including: cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware, knife set, Keurig coffee maker, blender

This is a smoke free area. NO SMOKING permitted on the premises. Violations of this rule is grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind and a $500 fine.


SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: An additional 2-bedroom property for 6 guests is available next door with a separate nightly rate. If you would like to reserve both rentals, please inquire for more information prior to booking
