Bor som en bostad snarare Àn en lÀgenhet, med inga gemensamma vÀggar och ingen ovanför - den hÀr enheten upptar hela golvet. Alla nya möbler, sÀngar, apparater och allt annat Àr helt nya. BelÀget i sydligaste Kihei tvÀrs över gatan frÄn tvÄ av Maui bÀsta strÀnder: Keawakapu Beach (google det!) och Kamaole III Beach. Denna enhet ligger pÄ andra vÄningen i byggnad K pÄ Maui Hill Resort. South Kihei Àr hem för Maui mest spektakulÀra strÀnder, och Àr en vattensporter och soldyrkare dröm. Peaceful Stay with Ocean Essentials

There were beautiful views from all the windows. We also loved having the included beach towels, snorkel masks and other beach gear. We had a very comfortable and nice stay.

Clean and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Family of 6 adults and one toddler had enough space to be together and apart, when needed. Two bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms. The washer/drier are actually larger and newer than in the pictures. Great lanai overlooking the greenery with the view of the ocean (unlike some other units in this community that overlooking parking lot and the road). Only 0.5 mile to the beach. Took 20 minutes at leisurely pace. Unit also has beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys for kids, even few googles and snorkel masks. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans as well as cutlery and plates/glasses. All the tools needed to cook at home for the family. I'm adding this unit to my 'favorites' to visit again.

Great Time!

Great stay in Kihei!

This rental was perfect for our group! We were two couples, each with kids. There are two rooms with attached private bathrooms, and a third bathroom for common use which was perfect for us. Ocean view from the large balcony! Very short drive (5 min) to the beaches of Kihei and Wailea as well as all the town amenities of Kihei! Property managers were very thorough in their communication and responsive to all of our requests. They went above and beyond!Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, clean and comfortable rental, but not a stunning renovation

All in all a nice place - clean, comfortable, lots of room, great views, wonderful location. It was easy to spend time together as family, while everyone had a comfortable space they could retreat to. Great communication by management. The only miss was the description of the place as being a stunning renovation. I'm sure at some point that was true but that description suggests new and crisp, whereas the carpets throughout the unit were generally dirty (old, ground in dirt that builds up in carpets over time), paint was peeling on the steps to the unit, doors to the patio space were warped, etc. Things were just a little tired. Nice enough, but certainly not the look and finish we were expecting from the description (and given the cost).

Perfect

Had a fabulous stay! Perfect for 3 couples. Spent many hours enjoying the view from the balcony. Pool on property was large and generally not crowded. Amazing beach just a 5 minute walk (public parking available if prefer to drive.) Would definitely stay again. Mahalo!

Hawaii paradise

Our family enjoyed Maui Hill!! The house was perfect for our family of 5, including two kids, my husband and my mom. There was space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The kids really enjoyed walking to the pool and the beach was very close too. Highly recommend!!

Great condo in Hawaii

The condo in Maui was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. There were 5 adults staying here. The check in was easy, the unit was clean and there was always parking in front of the unit. I would definately recommend this condo to other large groups.

This place was perfect for our family!

This place was perfect for our family of 7. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. It is conveniently located between Kihei and Wailea with easy access to local beaches. The grounds were well kept, and our kids enjoyed access to the pool. The lanai was perfect for early morning or late afternoon coffee and reading with a nice view of the ocean. The communication was top notch from start to finish and made check in/check out a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful condo & view!

The Maui Hill 116 condo was as nice as described. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, the view from the lanai was breathtaking, the complex pool was nice and it was an easy walk to beautiful beaches. Ian with Vacation-Maui was very helpful and quickly answered any question I had. I'd highly recommend this condo for a family of 5-6 people.

Great!

Can't recommend this place highly enough! We stayed with our family of 7 (two adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 12 to 1), and there was plenty of space. The location was perfect with short walks to two beaches and an easy drive to the rest of the island. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Amazing view and quiet property!

The grounds were manicured to perfection. The view we had was spectacular! We enjoyed the community barbeque, comfortable pool, and the lush surroundings housing the many beautiful birds. It was a short walk to the beach and to the amazing sunsets!

Perfect location

We spent a wonderful family vacation at this condo which has a spectacular view and perfect location. The condo is an easy walk downtown but also far enough out To be quiet and was situated in a way that felt private as well. For a group of adults traveling together, it was great to have a bathroom per bedroom so no one had to worry about sharing

Great value when bringing your family to a Wailea Conference

I was attending a conference at the Grand Wailea. By staying here, I was able to save a great deal of money over the three rooms I would have needed. I was able to Uber, for the most part, at less than $10 each way. Parking at the Grand Waliea, was otherwise $10. The place was great. Newly renovated. Spacious. Beach access is probably a quarter mile, maybe a half. We wouldn't definitely stay there again.
