Wonderful waterfront home

My family and I stayed here for a few days and we enjoyed the quiet, peaceful lake, in a wonderful neighborhood.

Perfect family vacation

Sue’s property was perfect for our little family vacation. Great space, safe for toddlers with an amazing toy selection that kept two boys entertained for hours. The small beach is the perfect size for young kids to get comfortable in the water.

Beautiful property and location

Beautiful home right on the water. The home has all the amenities we needed. We choose this home every year for our family gathering and have always been pleased.

Great location. Quiet, low traffic area. House was spotless. Lake access was easy to get to- we’ve rented at others where you had to be a billy goat to access. Appreciated the dishwasher and availability of an onsite laundry. Nice to be able to chill on back deck, next to lake, or on enclosed back porch. Comfortable seating throughout. Utilized the kiddo’s playroom, along with a stool from kitchen off to attend some work meetings. Wifi was great.

Another wonderful year

What you will love: so clean, spotless.The lenai is where we spend so much time sipping our coffee looking over the water. Do you have little kids? The beach area is shallow and wide. Easy to watch over them. Lovely area to walk. Friendly neighbors. We used the association pool when we were there and it was enjoyable. Sue is a great owner to work with. We will be coming here every year!

Wonderful weekend.

This was our second time here and we love it. Beautiful views, comfortable, and as clean as you could ask for. If you're lucky enough to get a rainy day in the sun room it's heaven.

Beautiful view

Overall I rate this stay 4.5/5 stars. The property was nice and the owner was easy to communicate with, but the only issue I had was the fact that you can only have bed sheets and towels if you spend an extra 75 and request them. I just feel if I am coming to stay in a house somewhere, I shouldn’t have to pay extra to have sheets and towels. Other than that it was a great stay!

Nice and relaxing

Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable and relaxing. The beach was a great place for early morning coffee. Our kids loved all the toys and swimming in the lake. We look forward to staying again.

Our favorite place

We love coming here every year. Great fishing! Lots of bass. Beautiful foliage and got up and close with the great blue heron in the yard! We even saw the northern lights they were so bright! The house was nice and clean as usual we can’t wait to stay again!!

Relaxing Family getaway

This was our 4th year here and our family thoroughly enjoys staying here. The calmness of water and perfect sandy beach for small kids, playroom, great fishing, nice big table for family meals. I love being right on lake so we can pop in and out of house as necessary no driving required. Sue the host is always wonderful and her communication is great.

Mommy getaway!

Best friend and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend of snacking, wine drinking, chatting, and reading books by the fire inside and outside! House was prefect and exactly what we were looking for!

Great waterfront property

The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. So quiet and peaceful, at times we felt like we were the only ones at the lake. A beautiful spot to get away from it all. The only drawback is that you have to eventually return home :)

Favorite rental house

Sue is very easy to communicate with. The property and house are spacious and enjoyable. If you have little ones, the playroom is AMAZING. And for the adults, the screen room looking at the lake is perferct for quiet time. We've been renting summer houses for 15 years and this is one of our favs.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

This vacation home was spacious, clean, and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. The screened porch was beautiful. Beach was perfect and fishing was great. Nice quiet lake-perfect for kids. Would definitely come back! This home offered more than we expected and our family had a wonderful time.

A nice quiet relaxing lake

The property was very clean, and kept up. We locked ourselves outcone day, and the owner had it opened for us by the time we got back. This was our 2nd time staying here, and if we come back to NH again from Florida we might very well stay here again. vack

We all enjoyed everything this property has to offer. Very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Lake is beautiful. Neighbors waved at us, which was also welcoming. Hope to catch a break between joining for another stay

Wonderful lakeside getaway

We’ve stayed here 3x now and have enjoyed each stay. Sue is a wonderful host, accommodating and seamless communication. The house has been perfect for our family with small kids. The Sandy beach access is great swimming and play for whole family. We had great success fishing as well. The house has everything you need and is clean and spacious.

Perfect cottage for a family with small children

This home was perfect for us and my cousin’s family. We had two 2 year olds with us who loved that the house was well stocked with toys. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need for a vacation house. The lake access was perfect for small children and boats. We had a fantastic visit and hope to come next year!
