We've designed Watermark as a place you and your family can come together to relax and unwind. Our house is in the perfect location - close to the beach and the center of St. Simons activity - the Village and pier. Come and enjoy our beautiful, heated back yard pool. Enjoy a meal at our outdoor dining table on our large screened back deck overlooking the pool and landscaped back yard. With outdoor seating, outdoor dining, and the pool, you may never go inside! But when you do, the indoors is bright and open, with a large kitchen with stainless appliances, open to the dining and family rooms. The dining room can seat your full family, and the open living room has a 60" flat screen TV with cable and blue ray player. There are high ceilings and lots of natural sunlight throughout. The house has super fast internet (200Mbps speed) including a modern mesh network providing strong fast wifi on all 3 floors, the porch, and pool area - if you need to take a Zoom call or stream a few movies, you'll be more than able. And the house features a Peloton indoor exercise bike for your use.

THE SPACE
Bedrooms:

• You'll be comfortable in the master suite with its king bed and gel foam mattress, private en suite bathroom with his & hers closets, his & hers vanity sinks, separate tub and shower. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV with HD cable and blue ray player, ceiling fan, and has its own thermostat so you can set your sleeping temperature however you like it. There's a Peloton exercise bike in the master bedroom for your use.

• The second bedroom on the main level also has a king gel foam mattress, ceiling fan, and full bathroom with a shower.

• Upstairs is a large bedroom with queen bed and high end mattress. Within that bedroom is an enclave containing 4 bunks for the kids. This bedroom also has its own digital thermostat and ceiling fan. There is an attached full bathroom with dual vanity sinks and shower.

• Then going downstairs to the first floor you have two more king bedrooms that share a full bathroom, both with smart TVs:

• The "Sunshine" room has a king memory foam mattress, ceiling fan,smart TV, and views of the pool

• The "Gray" room is similarly equipped with memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, smart TV, and pool views.

In addition to the living area already mentioned, there is a separate game room downstairs with foosball and board games - the perfect spot if the kids need to hang out apart from the grownups for a little while!

And if you need some peace and quiet, try the rocking chairs or swing on the front porch - a great spot for morning coffee and reading before a busy day on the beach and in the pool.

You can walk to the village from the house by going Right, through the park (with tennis and basketball courts, playground and Spanish-moss draped live oaks) and then Left, or to the beach by turning Left and then Right. Either is a 7-minute walk.

We have a 2-car garage and plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles.

If you are looking for a large beach house that has plenty of room for everyone, is upscale but comfortable, and is located in the most convenient spot on the island, Watermark is the perfect choice for your vacation.

We're in a quiet neighborhood and love our neighbors, so this is not the house for late night pool parties or other noisy activities - please plan to honor Glynn County's noise ordinance and keep it down outside after 10.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $200 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
