Gated, Clean, Convenient!

I liked Kylee's place because it is in a great location and she furnished the rental with extras upon arrival like water and snacks. My favorite brand of water actually:) The place was spotless, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great Location

We were in Scottsdale for 2 days and wanted a location close to old town art galleries. The condo was very clean and comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Kylee (agent) was very responsive to all our questions and needs.

Great apartment, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kylee's place at Casa Requena. The location was excellent - within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale, a convenient grocery store nearby, and a nice neighborhood. The bikes were a big perk - we loved being able to hop on and bike around town. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We would stay here again on our next visit to Scottsdale.

Highly Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! The location was perfect for us to attend Giants' games (half mile walk), the bed was very comfortable, kitchen was fully functional, the hot tub was excellent, the neighbors were very nice, and Kylie responded immediately to our questions. We look forward to staying here again!

Comfortable and great location

My husband and I stayed at the property for the Garth Brooks concert in Glendale and a long weekend. The property was easy to get to and very comfortable. It is close to Scottsdale restaurants and the ballpark, too. I appreciated the Keurig and complimentary coffee. :) We hope to stay again! Thanks Kylee!

Cute, Comfortable, and Close to Everything

We enjoyed staying in this cozy condo for a long weekend in Scottsdale. We were able to walk or ride bikes everywhere: the Arts Festival, a baseball game, Old Town, the Arts District, restaurants, bike trails, and more. It was perfect for two people and very comfortable to relax after a long active day. The amenities were well thought out and working with Kylee was an easy, pleasant experience.

Great Value and location for Giants' Spring Training

This was a great location for those who want to see games at the Giants Scottsdale Stadium. The apartment was furnished beautifully and since it was not very hot out, the fan and open sliding doors let in enough cool air to sleep.

Perfect quiet condo

My husband and I stayed a week in June. Temps were hot outside. But the a/c was nice and cool inside, even for being on the 3rd floor. The pool was even more refreshing, so nice and cool. And quiet. We even sat in the hot tub a couple of evenings. We had our own numbered parking stall under a shade. The condo was nice and clean. It has all the essentials you need to cook-if you so choose- we enjoyed all of Scottsdale’s tasty restaurants instead. There was snacks even left for us. The bed was very firm and my husband loved it. The couches are nice for lounging- which I did one morning when my husband was at the gym (not on site). Any questions we had Kylee very promptly answered them. We enjoyed staying at this very quiet complex. We never heard anyone. We will most definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

Nice, Clean, and Convenient

Everything was excellent in the condo! Very clean and organized; great location; parking and pool if needed. The only thing that should be immediately improved upon is the cable package was extremely bare bones... almost no cable channels available. Other than that, great value.

Fantastic condo in Scottsdale!

Absolutely loved staying at Kylee’s place. This condo was in a great location in Scottsdale within close distance to Old Town, hiking, etc. Kylee was very responsive to all questions that we had during our stay. Condo is perfect for two people to stay. There is also a great pool area that was very quiet and relaxing! I would stay here again next time I come to Scottsdale. Thank you for the great service Kylee! Can’t wait to come back soon :)

This property is perfect! It’s in a gated community with a pool and is close to everything! We walked/bikes to everywhere we wanted to go around Scottsdale. The place itself is really nice and very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location!

I had a great stay here. I was in town for a quick business trip and wanted to give VRBO a shot. So glad I did! I greatly appreciate the hard work you put in to make this place feel like home. Snacks / coffee available. I was worried about not having Iorning board but the steamer they have is so nice! Haha I will be getting one. This location was so close to everywhere I needed to be! 15 mins from Tempe, walking distance to old town and about 15 mins from talking sticks. I will be staying here again when I come back to AZ! Great Place Great acces to Old Town Scottsdale

Everything went well. Communication with the owers was great and quick to answer questions. Stacie and Kylee were more than helpful. A well furnished condo and very clean. Snacks were a nice extra perk. All the things you need in the kitchen. Within two minutes of Scottsdale Library, restaurants and Main Street Old Town. I would definitely stay at this condo again. Terrific, clean, well-locatee condo, especially for baseball spring training

What a great time we had at this condo in Scottsdale! The condo was convenient to so many things (Scottsdale Old Town, groceries, baseball parks) and easy on/off freeway access. Nicely and comfortably furnished, it even came stocked with coffee, essentials and snacks that saved us when my plane ended up 3 hours late and I arrived starving. Everything was really clean and very attractive. There were things for emergencies (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc.) in the bathroom, too, in case you forgot anything. This place is so close to the Giants Stadium that you can see the stadium lights from the balcony!! They are not exaggerating about an easy walk there - it was only 3-4 blocks away, which meant no parking lines!! So great to stop by during the day to see if there was on-going practice or signings going on. Manager Kylee Piper gave us great directions and instructions, and was very responsive to my questions. There is a nice binder in the condo with instructions, walking/biking suggestions, restaurant menus, maps to the ballparks, and lots of useful information. The swimming pool looked wonderful and the temperature felt great, but we just didn't have time. We would definitely stay in this place again! There were no unpleasant surprises, only pleasant surprises that exceeded our expectations.

Condo worked out very well for my visit to Scottsdale

Condo was clean and suited my needs very well. Was conveniently located to old town Scottsdale so walking was easier than driving. Also was close to the highway when I did need to drive. Pool area was also well maintained. Bed was comfortable as well as the condo itself. Washer and dryer did come in handy. I did have a couple of questions when I arrived and the owner responded almost immediately, which was very nice. I would stay there again if given the oppurtunity.

Cute clean and CONVENIENT!

The condo was quiet, convenient and filled with thoughtful touches! It was easy to get to Old Towne on foot or otherwise. The owners were very responsive and went above and beyond to make it a great visit. The only snafu was a small one... Uber and Lyft drivers tended to go to the entrance that isn’t on Earll Avenue. So if you use those services be clear about the pickup point! Overall it was perfect and my friend and I would choose this condo again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Stay

Very clean, cozy, easy to access, and nicely decorated. It was clear the owners had thought of all the amenities a guest could need. The complimentary snacks and beverages is a great touch; I really loved having that and it saved a trip to a convenience store to get necessities like water and breakfast bars for the short few days I was there. Love the place and would absolutely stay again!
