The primary bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and floor to ceiling windows expose spectacular ocean views. The large second bedroom has a California King size bed as well as a set of bunk beds, perfect for your family to enjoy. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking and entertaining needs. This unit also includes a laundry room with a large washer/dryer. We thought of your family as we furnished this condo with sand toys, a Pack-n-Play, space saver highchair and toys.

Surf Camp Week

The property was perfect. We met so many friendly people staying in other units at the property. Our unit was beautifully updated and included everything we could possibly need. My granddaughters attended a surf camp just a short walk down the beach for the week so the location of the property was perfect. It was also very close to everything else New Smyrna Beach has to offer.

What you see in the pics is what you are getting. I have seen so many pics that are at least 10 years old. This place was fantastic, clean and plenty of beach stuff. Nice outdoor furniture, great balcony, great pool, great beach location.

Great condo!!

We had the best week and truly enjoyed staying in this condo! The updated kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful! The condo was VERY well equipped and had everything we needed. The property was clean and well kept. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We will go back for sure!!

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Ebbtide 705. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The ocean views were beautiful and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable. The Condo came with a garage but our car was too long for it. Diane with Verb was so good in responding when we had a questions. Would stay here again !!

New Smyrna beach 2019

Beautifully decorated, immaculate, fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy the week. Couches, chairs, and beds comfortable enough to want to get our own versions for home. Really enjoyed the week and the condo was one of the main reasons. Owners were so nice, patient and responsive. Appreciated the entire experience.

Awesome stay

The unit was nice and clean including a large balcony with a great view. The unit had everything we needed for preparing/cooking meals. The property is maintained well and the staff are friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed using the pool and hot tube. The gym is small and the universal machine is dated but you could still get a decent workout in. The sauna is nice and large. Access to the beach is convenient. The two large weber grills on-site looked fairly new and worked great. We would stay here again.

This condo is amazing! I love the panoramic views!

The full view windows in both the living areas and master bedroom make you feel like you’re right on the beach! The huge balcony is perfect for your morning coffee. Everything was so tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bedrooms were roomy and well appointed. I loved the new stainless steel appliances. No expense was spared to make this place truly spectacular! The pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature. And ah, the beach! Miles and miles of beautiful sand, perfect for your morning walk! Many great restaurants in the area, and great shopping too! I would definitely book this condo again!!

Blissful vacation at EbbTide

We had another 2 weeks of relaxation and serenity at the beach! Love the unit and the accessibility of the owners, when needed. The complex is fantastic, the unit is incredible and the owners are very welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are repeat visitors to this unit and can't wait to visit again - hopefully soon!
