Welcome to your happy place!

Incredible beachfront views from this top floor corner unit on no-drive New Smyrna Beach. See the sunrise over the ocean. See the sunset from the private Master bedroom balcony. Large fully stocked kitchen. Covered garage parking. Close to all of New Smyrna Beach's restaurants/activities. Come enjoy beachfront paradise.

We invite you to share our special spot at the beach. Our well furnished (beachy!) 3 bedroom condominium offers everything you need for your beach getaway . You won't forget the view of the ocean.

Everything you need is here--fully stocked kitchen w toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, etc. Just bring your food, beverages and clothes for a great relaxing getaway. Beach closet with chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, toys for the kids and the adult kids! The condo is located on the NO-drive portion of New Smyrna Beach and is within a 2-10min drive of a bunch of really great places to eat.

Our condo includes 3 bedrooms. The master and guest bedroom each have a king size bed. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a 50" smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has two (2) twin beds and a. 30" smart TV. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, basic cable TV and it's own private balcony facing south and west for gorgeous beach views and sunsets. Each bedroom has a chest of drawers, closet and nightstands.

The kitchen with large center island opens to the living room and faces the panoramic ocean vista just through the sliding glass doors. Living room w a 50" Smart TV. Tons of DVDs for anyone wishing to partake.

The property also has a tennis court and pickle ball courts.

The panoramic ocean view from up on this corner penthouse is impossible to beat!!

Beautiful condo for watching sunrises. On site crew kept grounds clan. Easy access to beach and restaurants. They had all the beach gear as well as plenty of linen. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. I would definitely come back.

Perfect for family!

This is a great property for a family vacation. We had 5 adults and the living space was perfect for playing games, watching movies, and enjoying the view from the incredible wrap-around floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is well-equipped. Added bonus - we saw 2 nighttime rocket launches! Balconies have Adirondack chairs for drinks and conversation. Host was very communicative; office was too after an initial mixup with emails. All in all, a gorgeous property!

A little slice of heaven

Beautiful and comfortable penthouse with spectacular views. Everything you need is there, you won’t ever want to leave! Owner was very helpful and communicative. Can’t wait to return someday.

When you’re in the kitchen/living room you feel like you’re on a cruise ship with the beautiful views! We had a great stay. It was well stocked with everything you would need for a beach visit.

Relaxing time after Disney

The condo had beautiful views and was very clean. The living room furniture was comfortable and it was nice the dining table actually sat 6-8 people. There were sound machines in each bedroom, which was thoughtful, as there was a bit of road noise. Note that the third bedroom didn’t have any closet. It’s currently used to store beach items. It would have been nice to have luggage racks in the bedrooms and the towels/washclothes could definitely stand to be replaced. One thing we didn’t understand were the fines charged if ALL the towels weren’t washed and dried before you left with the exception of one towel and one washcloth per person which were supposed to be in the washer with some of the bedding before you left. The condo was lovely and the views were great.

Spacious Condo with a Perfect Location

The condo is large with an open floor plan which is great for people to spread out while also being able to hang out together. The ocean views are spectacular. I would definitely recommend booking this condo.

Fun and Relaxing

This was a wonderful condo that was just as described. Our family of 6 enjoyed looking out at the ocean and playing at the beach. The well-stocked beach closet made everything easy-peasy. We definitely would return.

A New Years Eve vacay!

What a beautiful condo! We stayed for severals days, and it was perfect for my family (including grandma). The views are gorgeous, and I loved watching the sunrise in the morning. Everything was accessible through the elevator, which was important for my mother in law. We will definitely return next year. Thank you!

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Frank and Rosa’s place. The pictures honestly don’t the unit justice! The view is breathtaking. Everything is spotless; sand is only at the beach 😂. Parking in the garage was convenient and you get 2 spots, which was amazing for us as our nanny was commuting from Orlando. The unit had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to rebook for our next getaway.

Everything about this property was amazing! The view of the ocean, the beautiful furnishings, the functional layout, the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels… this place is a 10/10! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the ocean views and the tastefully decorated interior. Spectacular Condo with incredible views

This was our first visit to NSB and we were in town for a wedding. The condo exceed our expectations in every way. Just some of the areas it exceed expectations: Views- Incredible sunrise and sunset views from the massive balconies. Highlight was seeing 2 rocket Launches and a Rocket landing from the balcony. Beach - The complex is on the “no drive” section of the beach which essentially means you have the beach to your self. The condo has everything you could want for beach activities. Condo - is equipped with high end appliances and has all the necessary equipment you will need. Beds- Beds were incredibly comfortable Communication- The communication was just the right amount where we felt informed but not overwhelmed. Cleanliness- The condo was spotless and in great condition Other - if you are new to the area you have to eat one at the Garlic. Best restaurant!!!!

Beautiful View, Comfortable Stay

We are three retired sisters who spent 4 nights in the apartment and wish it could have been longer. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Views of both the sunrise and sunset were fantastic, and we enjoyed long walks on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, and everything was clean. Frank responded quickly to all communications. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL and just as pictured. Location was right on the beach. Wonderful accommodations

Family had a wonderful beach vacation. Accommodations and location were just as promised. Had a wide variety of beach toys to play with. The added convenience of having beach toys, and towels were wonderful.’ Two quick notes - when booking our dates - just 10 days prior, I was we had been told of the construction, workmen, inconvenience and not being able to use the second balcony - off the master. #2 - there is abeautiful hostess tray & Cheese cutter dep tray (that has a broken lighthouse on the tray. It was like that upon our arrival -,I wish the was either fixed or remover.

Family Trip

I have always dreamed of staying at a place right on the ocean. This place was perfect. The beach area was so clean and not crowded at all. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids (2)-18 year olds and a 16 year old. I definitely want to come back..
