This newly renovated (2018) townhouse condo has over 2,500 SF overlooking beautiful Pensacola Beach. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a full bath attached. Key-less entry to the unit makes for ease of access. The fully equipped kitchen features and electric range with convection oven, dishwasher, french door refrigerator and built in ice maker (capable of making 30 pints of ice per day). The kitchen comes fully stocked with dish-washing soap, dishwasher soap, plastic bags, coffee filters, and basic seasonings. The kitchen and den have a beautiful view of the gulf and beach. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and the spacious den has a large flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player. The kitchen and den have a beautiful view of the gulf and beach. There is also a Blue Ray DVD player in the kid's bedroom. The unit has high speed wireless internet. The pool can be viewed from the large balcony off of the den. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. We strive to stock most things you will need during your stay - paper towels, toilet paper, laundry products, and trash bags are provided. We even have beach towels and an ice chest available for our guests to use.
Walk directly onto one of the three balconies from three bedrooms and the den. The master bedroom has a private balcony with a great view of the beach where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the two comfortable lounge chairs. The den and one bedroom share a large balcony with a table and 6 comfortable sling chairs for gathering during the day or evening. One other bedroom has a large private balcony facing the north side of the property.
The beaches are never crowded at this 33 unit complex that includes a pool, poolside deck and poolside bathrooms (also on keypad). Beach chairs are provided and/or can be rented from local vendors. The free trolley that takes you to all the activites Pensacola Beach has to offer, which runs Memorial Day to Labor Day, stops a few steps from complex. Peg Leg Pete's, a longtime favorite dining spot, is a short walk away
Your private double garage parking is located directly under the unit and there is room to store all of your beach gear. There is no elevator to this third floor unit.
In order to make the most of your vacation and hopefully minimize the time spent in traffic, this unit rents Sunday to Sunday from June until mid-August. The minimum age requirement of 25 years-old is strictly enforced and this adult must physically occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. The maximum occupancy of ten guests, including children, is also strictly enforced. Be sure to ask about discounts offered at various times. Also inquire about long term rentals. We love snowbirds.
