Surrounded by water, Boca Shores is a gated community sitting directly on the Boca Ciega Bay and right around the corner from three renowned beaches: St Pete Beach, Treasure Island Beach, and Sunset Beach! These pristine condominiums boast a large swimming pool overlooking intracoastal waterways, private fishing dock, picnic area with grill, lush tropical landscaping, laundry facilities, onsite car wash, and more. Your lovely 2nd-floor vacation home is one of the largest available and has been recently remodeled. It's also close to the elevator if you'd prefer not to navigate stairs. The master bedroom features a king bed with en-suite bath, while the second and third bedrooms offer a queen bed and two single beds, respectively. Recently selected as the country’s top beach destination and heralded for its jaw-dropping sunsets, St Pete Beach makes for an ideal vacation getaway. Only blocks away from your doorstep are boat rentals, parasailing, stand-up paddle boards, fishing, dolphin watch cruises, jet skis, kayaks, and almost any water sport imaginable. Stroll to historic Corey Ave where you will find specialty shops, arts and crafts, dining all day and into the evening, as well as a fresh market on Sundays. Or hop a Trolley into downtown St. Petersburg and peruse the Salvador Dali Museum of Fine Arts and take in a Broadway play at the Mahaffey Theater of Performing Arts. On Beach Drive, you will find several five-star restaurants to choose from as well as shopping, entertainment, and gelato. My husband, Josh, and I live beachside, know the local market, and have our own money invested in local real estate - because we believe in this area! Overtime, we have also seen the gap in quality real estate services and commit to doing better. We have our hands in every transaction and aren’t afraid to get them dirty, literally. You might find us pulling weeds or mowing lawns or helping the cleaning crew - whatever is needed in the moment to support our team. While there are other worthy competitors, we promise to care just a little bit more, work just a little harder, and bring our unique skills and experience to perform just a little bit better.
