LOCATION, LOCATION! 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo on sunny Lido Key with beach views from condo walkway outside your door. Walk downstairs and past the tiki hut to the pristine sandy beach and warm gulf waters. This lovely condo has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, and 1 full bath. Enjoy sunny days on the beautiful beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico, swim in the heated pool, and relax in the hot tub.

You are just a short walk to famous St. Armands Circle for shopping, entertainment, and fabulous restaurants. For dining options, eat-in or enjoy outdoor grills near the beach with seating and a shaded tiki hut. Other amenities include two flat-screen TVs in the condo, free wifi and parking, a lounge area, a movie room, and gift shop.

This listing is for two units at Suntides which is available for a total of four weeks out of the year. Units are identical in square footage and setup, etc.

Unit 243: 03/02-03/09 and 03/09-03/16
Unit 240: 03/16-03/23 and 03/23-03/30

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. Units are thoroughly cleaned between guests. These stays are week long stays with from Saturday to Saturday.

Medical conference/Spring break

I couldn’t be more pleased with this rental! 2 doors down from Lido Key Resort conference center where the hotel room prices are nearly double. The Suntide beach resort is on the beach and the unit was perfect. Full kitchen. Outside gas grills. very clean and the owner even stocked the fridge with Publix parfaits, mini muffins, OJ and coffee because we got in very late and wouldn’t have had time to shop for breakfast. Uncrowded beach with beach chairs and a large hot tub by the pool. I wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful location with friendly people. Highly recommended. Thanks Dianne!

The owners were great to respond. Parking was an issue when we arrived. The air would not go below 72 and it was very warm even with the curtains closed, which made it extremely dark. Location was great. Beach area was great!!

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and short 15 minute walk to St Armand’s circle. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Unit had extras like a dishwasher and large tv. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach area, staff and facilities; would definitely stay again

The staff are exceptional: welcoming and helpful! They were constantly helping visitors and sustaining the grounds. Our unit was very clean and nicely furnished. We were very close to the beach which was wonderfully maintained and outfitted with lounge furniture. The beach area, pool and hot tub were very adequate for the visitors. The Monday managers coffee and Wednesday hot dog feed are great activities to meet the staff and other visitors. We found it easy to meet other visitors around the pool and on the beach. For a restfull vacation, we would definitely recommend the Suntide Island Beach Resort on Lido Key.

The condo was smaller than expected & needed some updating but was very clean. Location is steps from the beach & walking distance to St Armand Circle. Many restaurants just a short drive away. Tiki Hut with bar & restaurant two condos away - happy hour every day 4-6! Location is fantastic - staff are all very nice. Would recommend this condo if you are planning to spend most of your time outside. Owner Diane is wonderful to work with!
