This unit has brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and upgraded granite countertops. Whether it’s breakfast or cocktails on the balcony, this top floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium has incredible ocean views for you to enjoy.
The unit is a great remote workspace with 500mb WiFi. Living room and both bedrooms have smart TV’s. The chef(s) in the family will enjoy that the kitchen is well equipped and the front balcony includes a barbecue. Full size washer/dryer and vacuum are in unit.
Solana Beach and Tennis Club is a gated, oceanfront community on the bluffs of Solana Beach with beautiful landscaping. It features a community pool, two spas and four tennis courts. The clubhouse has a game room including ping pong and billiards. Bring your paddles, pool cues and rackets for the tennis courts. NOTE: Please verify possible Covid restrictions. There is a view area to catch those iconic Southern California sunsets, but you have the best view right from this condo. Stair access to the beach is located just south of the complex.
With only 3.5 square miles, Solana Beach has everything within reach. Walking distance to many amazing restaurants, shopping at the famous Cedros Design District with cafes, furniture, local breweries and famous Belly Up Tavern for concerts and great music. Visit the farmer’s market on Sundays for fresh produce. Centrally located in San Diego County, you are just 30 minutes to all major attractions.

Paradise at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Completely unwind and relax at the beachfront while unceasingly watching the waves ebb and flow night and day!!!! Do this at a comfortable, third floor condo inside or outside on the deck!!!!

Exceptional experience/stay!

The view alone, was worth every penny! We saw so many dolphins it was ridiculous, in the best possible way! The condo was exceptionally clean/comfortable and spacious! There was nothing missing, amenity-wise, that we could find. The Stubbs staff were wonderful to work with, we could not have asked for a better experience!! We highly recommend this property and the Stubbs group. Thank you to all and Happy New Year!!

Business travel done right

This property provided a perfect location while on an extended work trip. When away from work the quick access to the beach, shops and restaurants was ideal.
