Espaciosa casa de vacaciones en las colinas de Vista, California

Conni was a pleasure to host & I highly recommend Conni to any host!

Sam and his group was a great guest. From his initial contact through to the check out, all communication was easy and smooth. Sam took great care of my home and left it very nice. I'd love to have Sam rent from me AGAIN and SOON!

I was very happy to have hosted Robert and his group. Communication was easy from start to finish, very honest, & always respectful of me and my home. My home was left very nice. I recommend Robert to other hosts and I will gladly host Robert again. Thank you!

Carli was so easy to host! She was friendly & polite during all our communications and left the house very clean. Very respectful and I really appreciate that! I would definitely rent to Carli again!

Allan and his group of guests were wonderful to host in my rental home. From the onset, Allan was easy to communicate with, responsive, & respectful in every way. I'm so glad that Allan had a great time with his family and enjoyed the stay. I definitely recommend Allan to all hosts & would love to have his group rent my home again!

I loved hosting Peter and his training group in my home. What a treat my work is; I get to meet so many people from all around the world! Peter was great throughout the booking & communication process. His stay was very smooth and I love that Peter appreciated my home a lot. I would LOVE to host Peter and his group again & again. Thank you Peter!

Lourdes’ group was very easy to host from start to finish. Communication was easy & the house was left very orderly. Thank you!

Thank you Bahar so much for renting my home for your very special occasion! You were a pleasure to host & I hope our paths cross again very soon. Let’s keep in touch!

I really enjoyed hosting my last guest Michael who is an experienced host so his inputs were/are very valuable to me to improve my listing. I am "assessorizing" the house more this week & filling in the kitchen supplies more. I, in fact, have two more twin beds being delivered this week into the 4th bedroom & moving the office to a "desk-nook" area in the living room. I don't have plans for a spa in the immediate future (sorry Michael but thanks for your "hint hint" & I did correct my amenities errors in the website & the check-out time has already been corrected to 11 a.m.), but I do have had a plan to put in an outdoor living space & an outdoor kitchen off the formal dining room (access to the outdoor living space via a sliding or French door from the formal dining). I'm having the dirt moved back to the property line, build a retention wall, & putting down pavers. So there will be about 15ft deep paved area with a wall water-feature, electric wall-mounted heaters, & seating/eating area with fire. I am waiting for the cooler November weather to have the work done. You can come stay again after I'm done with this outdoor area, hint hint back to you! Thank you Michael!

Thank you Jessica! I hope to host you again soon!
