Rent any comfort. Apartment completely renovated with taste and equipped to new, located on the 2nd floor of a residence of Basque style of 2 floors.
Beach in the center of Saint Jean-de-Luz 2 kms, 10 minutes by bike or 20 minutes on foot. Shuttle bus at the bottom of the street at 300 m.
Very nice, quiet and bright, it consists of a living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath, washing machine and separate toilet.
Accommodation for 2 to 4 people (including 2 sleeps in sofa bed). Sheets and towels not provided. € 500 deposit to be paid by check on arrival.
Beautiful south facing terrace of 10mÂČ with garden furniture, tables, deckchairs with views of the surrounding greenery.
Kitchen area: microwave, dishwasher, induction hob (2 burners), oven, fridge top, coffee maker ...
Private parking space and local bike.
Small shopping center with bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, pizzaiolo 500m.

Tout ou presque a dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tait dit avant nous mais comme tout est vrai alors nous validons cette location nous aussi. PropretĂ© et calme de la rĂ©sidence et de la location, rien Ă  dire! C'est bien mieux si, comme nous, vous recherchez la quiĂ©tude en soirĂ©e. 23 petites minutes (google maps...) de balade Ă  pied seulement pour ĂȘtre au centre ville. D'autant plus que, garer la voiture Ă  St Jean de Luz est une gageure en Ă©tĂ©...mieux vaut la laisser Ă  la location... Seul petit bĂ©mol peut-ĂȘtre, et s'il faut vraiment en trouver un, pas de box internet dans l'appartement or sur St Jean de Luz la rĂ©ception rĂ©seau n'Ă©tait pas terrible ce qu'on nous confirmĂ© dans quelques bars. Mais bon, rien de grave et on Ă©tait venu pour visiter et se baigner donc... La rĂ©gion est Ă©galement magnifique.

Pour 2 personnes, joli appartement agréable, calme et trÚs fonctionnel, avec sa place de parking et son balcon. Une petite marche de 20 minutes et nous voici en centre ville. Appartement que l'on conseille et que l'on pourrait reprendre pour un nouveau séjour dans le pays basque.
