The property is located in the heart of Grand Lake. The front of the property faces the town while the rear backs up to Grand Lake. One of only a handful of properties in Grand Lake that enjoys the best of both. Only 5 minutes from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

The property was purchased in 2017 and fully renovated. It is 2 bedrooms 2 bath and 1080 sqf. The master has a king bed while the guest has two full beds. The sofa in the living room is a full pull out. The place comfortably sleeps 6. The property is also equipped with WIFI and Cable TV. It has a fully functional kitchen with all dishes and utensils for those that would rather cook. There is a gas fireplace located in the living room. The unit also has a sauna located in it as well. A washer and dryer are located in the unit Certain types of packages can be made upon arrival as well per request.

The lakes are very clean and the fishing and boating are fantastic. There's a public sand beach for swimming and also a public dock that can be used during the day. Paddle boarding, volleyball, kayaking, boating, shopping and hiking are all located within 1 minute from the property. If you like winter, ice fishing and snowmobiling are also within 1 minute from the property. 45 minute drive can get you to the Winter Park Ski Resort.

Greetings. My name is Shane Graham. My wife, Melissa, and I purchased this property in 2017 with the intent to use it as a second home and share it with our guest. We have been in Denver area residents for over 30 years. I work at a Human Tissue Bank and Melissa is a Hairstylist . We have two beautiful girls named Emma and Haylee that are 5 and 7. I primarily handle the rental related activities for the condo, but Melissa's invaluable assistance and insights really help to make everything run smoothly. I am a people person and I really enjoy the interaction with our guests. We feel that it is a privilege and a blessing to be able share our condo with others who wish to enjoy all the lake area has to offer. We really enjoy being at the lake whether it is for relaxation or to perform tasks to enhance our guests' visits. We are always looking for ways to improve the lake visit experience for our guests. We really mean it when we say that we want to do all we can to assist our guests to ensure that their visit to the lake is relaxing and enjoyable.

Why Shane Graham chose Grand Lake

Melissa and I actually started looking at rental properties in 2015 for Grand Lake. For several reasons, we decided to wait on the right one and finally it came. We are very pleased with our choice of buying this property. The view of the lake is what we wanted. The property was renovated as soon as we bought it. This location has so much to offer from shopping, to dining, to outdoor activities. Melissa and I really enjoy hiking the trails in the nearby state parks. While we prefer to relax on the balcony and cook on the grill, there are many restaurants available. There are many activities available for both adults and children.

What makes this condo unique

Our guests describe the view from our balcony. Some folks mention the many boats that they see, others describe the relaxing feeling of the calm of the morning, and others enjoy the view as they have drinks following a nice meal shared with friends on the balcony. I like it when guests share their thoughts about that first time they walk into the condo and realize that the condo and the view are even better than what they have seen in the photos or the video.
