NEWLY RENOVATED, this 7th floor, Direct-Oceanfront, End Unit has EVERYTHING you can ask for during your Family Vacation or Golf Getaway.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during the Season (around Memorial Day to just before Labor Day).
During Off-Season, check-in is seven days a week with a required 4-Night minimum stay. Please check our calendar for the most up to date availability.

Condo Highlights:
The living room and kitchen are highlighted by gorgeous wood plank tile and a beach decor that is just perfect.
The endless windows surrounding the condo offer a view that is second to none. This is not your typical rental condo! It will exceed your expectations!

If eating out everyday isn’t your thing, our fully-stocked kitchen will allow you to prepare all your meals at home (away from home)! Feel content in our upgraded kitchen with quartz counter-tops, top-of-the-line appliances, and all the plates, silverware, and cooking items you need for your entire stay.

When it’s time to call it a night, retire in one of three bedrooms:

The Master has a King Bed, Private Bath with WALK-IN SHOWER and a Private Entrance to the Large Balcony.

The Second Bedroom contains a Queen Bed with luxurious linens and your own private entry to the attached full-bathroom, also with a WALK-IN SHOWER.

Bedroom number 3 contains 2 Queen Size beds with comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage for your belongings, including a double closet.

Each Bedroom has its own Large Flat Screen Smart TV and beautiful new high-end luxury vinyl tile floors.

You will also find a full-size LG front-load high efficiency washer and dryer in the unit. Even though doing laundry isn’t anyone’s idea of “vacation," it’s nice to know it’s available for your use right in the condo.

With 2 Oceanfront Balconies, your entire Family will enjoy overlooking all the activity at the best resort in Myrtle Beach, as well as endless views of the Atlantic.

This condo is located in the most sought after North Tower where the Restaurant, gym, concierge, and coffee & ice-cream shop can be found. The Resort has amenities for everyone!

Sea Watch Resort has two indoor pools, four outdoor pools, two lazy rivers and ten hot tubs! There is an oceanfront restaurant and a poolside Tiki bar & grill!

There is a concierge who will assist you in scheduling discounted golf, dinner or theater reservations! There are over 100 championship golf courses in the area.

The condo is conveniently located on the seventh floor so you get a wonderful view while also checking on your kids at the pool from your balcony! Sea Watch is close to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row and the Tanger Outlet Center. Walmart and Kroger are just minutes away.

Everything is Awesome

This place is awesome, the owners were great, and I would definitely return. We had four adults and two teenagers and all loved it. The owners detailed instructions and recommended places to visit an eat were spot on.

What a pefect condo and wonderful hosts!! The condo and the amenities were so well thought out, from paper & pen (to make out a grocery list) to a cooler and towels (for the beach) to the nightlights in the bathroom to the plastic containers in the kitchen (for leftovers). This condo is amazing and working with Tom & Janette was a pleasure. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your lovely oceanfront condo!

Great Vacation!

The condo was well appointed. Loved the keyless entry! Views were amazing and the kids loved all of the pools. Hope to visit again next year! The only suggestion (and this is for the resort, not the owners) is more luggage carts - involved a lot of searching and luck to find one - rarely saw any available in the designated area.

Beautiful coastal theme condo

I picked this condo because the pictures were gorgeous and when we arrived, it was true to the description, if not better. Spacious, clean, lots of amenities on the property also. The owners were so wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this condo to everyone. I have it saved on favorites. Plan on coming back next year!

Incredibly responsive

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised and very clean. The facility had accessible parking and plenty to do. Having the ocean so close is a luxury. Tom and Janette were the most responsive renters I've seen. From the initial booking to the last day, they answered every question extremely fast.

Love this condo!!

This was the second year in a row that our family stayed in Tom and Janette’s condo. The condo is beautiful, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. It overlooks the pool and ocean with 2 balconies. We love Seawatch and will definitely rent this condo again. You will not be disappointed.

Fun Family Vacation

Great vacation with our daughter and son-in-law and 2 teen grandsons . Have stayed here several times in the past, but really enjoyed the renovations, especially the showers and all new appliances! Only thing that could be added is a shelf in the second bathroom and a mirror in the third bedroom - very minor things. Condo is very roomy with great views of the pool and the ocean. Multiple pools and hot tubs and 2 lazy rivers. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again next year!

Comfy, Beautiful and Super Clean

We stayed here with another family and our teenage children. We arrived and entered with no problems to a nicely decorated, super clean condo with amazing ocean views. A few steps to the beach and pool area. There’s a great little restaurant in the building with outdoor seating facing the ocean. Both families really enjoyed our stay. Tom and Janette communicated very well and check out was quick and easy! Highly recommend!

Superb Short Stay

We just had a 4 day get away for our family. We had a great time!! We have rented from Tom and Janette 3 times previously and it has always been easy and the communication with them is great. Their places are always very nice, very clean. Everything is always in working order. We have never been disappointed!! We love the location of Sea Watch!! The amenities are plentiful and the beach front is gorgeous!! Planning to return this Summer!!

Family Vacation

From the moment you open the door, the view is breathtaking. The owners have taken care of every last detail that we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation! The “wine” area was my favorite place. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. My parents particularly loved the kitchen and all the extras that were there for us LOL The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. The Sea Watch Resort is our favorite place to stay and Tom and Janette made it extra special....

Fun Family Vacation

The condo was very clean. Had plenty of space for our family. Had an issue with the door lock and the owners were very responsive and told us how to resolve the issue. We were just disappointed that the large indoor pool and hot tub (and a lot of the shaded seating) were unavailable due to construction - sometimes very noisy at the pool. Still a lot of seating and other pools to use. We stayed at Sea Watch last year in this same unit and hope to return next year - without the construction!

Beautiful condo!

Condo size was wonderful for 5 adults and everything was very clean and comfortable. (My brother stayed in a south tower rental which was not updated and sub-par. He and his family were very jealous of our beautiful updated unit.) The views were incredible and the fact that beach umbrellas, a big fan and binoculars were available for our to use was absolutely fabulous. Ease of access to pools and beach was great as well. You will need a car to stay here - but everything you could want (grocery, restaurants, golf, shopping) is within a short drive. This unit is definitely where we’ll stay the next time we come to Myrtle Beach!

Adult family vacay

We were highly impressed by the size, condition and location of this Condo. It was as close to perfect as we were going to get. The condo was at the end of the hallway so we didn’t have people walking by our door when entering and leaving. We were on the 7th floor but rarely had to ride the elevator with anyone else. The view from all windows in the main areas and master bedroom were amazing. The location was just off the main road and very convenient to many major stores. We had no problems finding parking which was easily accessible. Everyone in the group had only good things to say about this place and hope to go back next year. Thanks.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at the resort and our condo was FANTASTIC! The rooms were nice and big and everything was decorated so nice. The pictures on the internet were very accurate. We are hoping to get back to Myrtle Beach soon and we will try to book the same room again. The owners were fabulous to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We loved this place!!

Sea Watch

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was great; amazing views. The condo looked exactly like the pictures--clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet and the complex was very family friendly. Our kids enjoyed the many pools and it was very convenient to walk right out to the beach. The owners were easy to work with and responsive to emails. We also appreciated the keyless entry to the condo so we didn't have to keep track of keys. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there again!

Great vacation spot.

Condo was well located and well equipped. Fifth visit to Seawatch Resort and this was the best condo we have stayed in. Owners easy to work with. Look forward to returning.
