Wonderful!

We stayed at this property in early June 2021 and we loved it! The location was perfect and Loren was great to work with! We look forward to staying again! Perfect family get away!

Awesome location and amenities

This place was awesome!!! The owner is super helpful and provides so much more than the basics!!! We will defiantly be coming again. The best place that we’ve ever stayed!

Ocean front Condo

This oceanfront was big and beautifully decorated, one of the best places we have stayed in. Security was a plus and the owner was easy to contact if needed, I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience on vacation.

Great Place to stay. Communication was excellent with owner

The place was decorated so nice. It was so clean and the ocean view was awesome. I can’t wait to go back. It was the best place I stayed. Pool was great. I give it 6 stars out of 5. Owner communicated excellent. I loved this place

Highly Recommend

This place was awesome! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of the beach and pool were great. I loved sitting out on the balcony. The owner, Loren, was very nice and available when we needed him. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo overlooking the pool and ocean

This is a well kept condo with very comfortable furnishings . End corner unit with great views . Located on the quieter end of the beach in an upscale neighborhood .

Great Condo great location

I was very happy with everything. From communication with the owner to start the trip to the end of the overall stay. Going after a hurricane is always risky but the weather was great and Myrtle was back to normal.

Home away from home-lovely!

We loved this condo!! Beautiful, clean, and the MOST comfortable beds. Added bonus was the umbrella and chairs set up for us every day on the beach. Wow. Felt like home away from home. The owner was wonderful. Highly recommend this one and I am picky.

Best condo ever!

We enjoyed our family vacation in this immaculate three bedroom condo. All of the furnishings were in brand new condition, and the linens and pillows were of excellent quality. The kitchen was fully stocked for a family who likes to cook! We loved the balcony with the extra side view in addition to the front facing beach view. A great time was had by all!

Going back home

I’ve been going to Arcadian since I was a child. My parents bought a condo there years ago. Wish we could have afforded to buy at the time they decided to sell. We’ve returned many times over the years. By far, the nicest place we’ve stayed is Loren Watkins’ condo. We will be back and stay there again! Loren is a great host and made us feel so welcome!

Wonderful Location

Great beachfront end unit with a generous amount of space. Layout it very conducive to those late sleepers and early risers. Unit is very well maintained and clean. Beds terrific and a generously stocked kitchen. Location is wonderful, beach has limited access so always plenty of space. Quieter area in Arcadian section but still plenty of local places without having to venture into the touristy areas of Myrtle Beach. Loren is an absolutely wonderful host and very accessible.

Picture Perfect

Instantly after booking I knew I made the right decision on this property. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The property was exactly as described. The condo was very spacious and ao private it almost felt like a single home. The community areas were clean and not crowded at all. The grill area was so nice to have. We loved the convenience and proximity of the beach and pool. We did bring our own beach chairs and umbrella but the owner had made a supply available if needed. I did have a few questions while at the property and he answered text immediately. I would highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to a return visit!!

Just what we needed

My husband and I took a week away from the house, kids, and pets and this was a perfect stay for us. The proximity of the beach to the condo was probably the closest we’ve ever stayed. Every time we went to the pool we had it to ourselves. We never had to wait for an elevator. The owners provided more than we expected with toiletries and supplies. The balcony could be closed off so that the furniture didn't get wet which we thought was a great idea. We were there during a full moon and the glow on the water was just amazing. The king bed was very comfortable and the master bath shower’s water pressure was awesome. We didn’t use the secondary shower or the other two bedrooms but I’m sure they would’ve been just as great. The condo was very clean. Overall we would definitely stay again!
