The condo was very well set up. It had everything we needed for our trip. The only con was no A/C. To our understanding the condo association does not allow A/C. We left all the windows open and fans blowing, it helped enough.

Great walkable location, appointed well throughout the condo, and the overall Poipu Sands property is manicured and well maintained. Grills and Pool area are very nice. Ocean view is also nice and slightly off to left with the only con being the rusted out, seemingly permanently parked, (truck) containers situated on the property across from Poipu Sands and more of your your direct view from balcony. Overall great stay!

Very nice updated unit. The only thing missing was AC, but supplied plenty of fans. Kitchen was well stocked. Convince to gas grill was nice too. Very comfortable furniture both inside and on the deck. Would rent again!

The property was wonderful! Excellent location, very short walk to shipwreck beach. Right next to the Hyatt, whose grounds are absolutely beautiful! On the walk down to the beach there are several swinging chairs to watch the sunrise overlooking the beach. Poppy beach is a short 15 minute walk. The balcony with ocean views is also great to sit at in the morning. Stocked with everything you need to cook and even beach accessories such as chairs(4) umbrellas (2) and snorkel gear (2), a water football and inflatable floater. They recently put wall air conditioners in the bedrooms which helped incredibly! My only negative (which I knew going in) is wishing there was air in the living room. Again we were out and about a lot during day so it wasn’t terrible, fans helped. The key box was a little hard to put back on but we got it. Showers were fantastic! Wonderful stay!

Great Week Here

We really enjoyed our week here. Location was great, condo was excellent—nicely furnished and decorated, very comfortable with great views of the ocean and particularly the sunrises. Definitely recommend and we plan to stay here again!

We loved our visit to Kauai and our stay in this condo. It was comfortable, well stocked and exactly as described. Location was close to local beaches and lots of places to eat and drink. We were surprised during our stay that we could watch the sunrise from the condo and then the sunset from Poipu beach which is apparently a winter phenomenon. So many fun places to shop, eat and drink just up the road in Koloa. Beaches were beautiful, the water was warm (the beer was cold), and everyone we encountered friendly. Hope we get a chance to visit again soon.

This property is everything it says and more. Great location and ocean views. The condo is well maintained and furnished with everything you need and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone staying in the Poipu area

Great condo in a fantastic location. 7 minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and 15 minute walk to Brennecke’s Beach. Wonderful view of the ocean from the lanai. Loved it!

LOCATION---PARADISE!

Would stay again!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The place was big and clean. Fully stocked with all the beach toys we needed. The lanai was amazing with a fantastic view. We stayed at the end of July and the temperature was very comfortable with the windows and doors open and the fans going. Would stay again!
