Great Get-Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was clean and definitely had everything you could possibly want or need. I was really impressed that there were a couple of wagons, tent, chairs, toys, games, etc in the back yard for use if needed. The extra garage was super nice too with the washer and dryer. Thanks for a a good time.

The property was cute, good size for a family of 4-6. Kitchen had a good amount of cooking gear which is great. Overall clean just lots of dog hair rolling around on the ground. Pet friendly. They don't list the converted garage as a 3rd bedroom with a full bathroom, which is also where the washer and dryer are housed as well. Also did not list that the house does have some beach stuff like the wagon, chairs, umbrella and such. 1 block from the beach so very convenient. We had a great stay and would stay again. Love the history behind the house too.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home, found it comfortable and well-equipped for your family, and appreciated the convenient location just one block from the beach. We’re also glad the pet-friendly accommodations and beach items added to your experience. We truly appreciate you pointing out the dog hair you noticed and apologize that the floors weren’t as clean as they should have been. We’ll be sure to address this with our cleaning team. The converted garage / laundry room area, is not a space that we can advertise as the rental license for this home is restricted to a 2 bedroom home therefore we do not provide any linens for this additional space. We’re are so happy to hear you had a great stay, enjoyed the history of the home, and would stay with us again. We’d love to welcome you and your family back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been renting through Island Realty for years, and we’re so glad we found 6 Palm Court! It was the perfect little beach house for our family and our dogs. The fully fenced backyard was a huge bonus and gave our dogs plenty of room to play safely. The house had everything we needed and more, and we especially loved how short and easy the walk to the beach was. We definitely plan on staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly beach getaway!

The house was cute and cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The dogs especially enjoyed the fully fenced-in yard! The house had a bunch of beach gear (wagon, chairs, shade/umbrella) to take on the super short walkto the beach. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to come back again next year.

Amazing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great stay at 6 Palm Court and it is defiantly our new go-to! We brought our two year old and there was plenty of room for us and everything was great. There were a few things that was outside of the control of the rental agency and they went above and beyond to make things right! The location was perfect and we loved how private it felt. We cannot wait to come back very soon!

Another amazing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year visiting this home & we still love it. The location is amazing & it’s the perfect amount of space for a small family! The only thing I wish would improve would be the yard maintenance. Every year that we visit this home, the yard is overgrown & that makes it tough to enjoy the yard with small kids. With that being said, it doesn’t change our love for the house- we will defiantly be back!

6 Palm Ct

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time at 6 Palm Court. The location was great, it was clean and very homey. The only complaint was deck furniture could have been cleaner and yard could have e been mowed. It was quite rainy, so that could have contributed toward the outside conditions. I’d feel good recommending this property.

Palm Court 6 Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed 10 days in this wonderful cottage that has been beautifully renovated and decorated. Separate guest cottage has a bed/bath/laundry room. Fenced in back yard. Said "pet friendly" so we wondered if it would smell that way. No! No trace or scent...and it has a fenced in back yard for your pet. We really enjoyed our time there - just 1 block from the beach.

Great location close to the beach ...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a challenging rental experience. The house had a very strong pet smell and we found dog hair on the area rug and on the couch. Trash and dog poop found in the backyard, empty water bottles found under the bed and closets very unkempt. Small area rug smelled of urine and when I lifted it I found stains underneath. The dishwasher was unusable due to a horrible stench coming from it. The house is in a great location and is very cute but it could use a really solid cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After an excellent stay last year, we rebooked Palm Court 6 for another stay and are SO glad we did! We loved our second stay even more than the first. The house is cozy, kitchen is well-stocked, and it's so easy to get to and from the beach. Our dogs also love the house and sniffing all around the backyard! Look forward to returning again in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute bungalow for small family. Back yard isn’t great for dogs but OK. Owner really needs to clean out the underside of the deck. Basically clean however the sofa definitely had pet odor. Why do they have the extra refrigerator in the living room? It’s not in the on line photos.

Another year- another great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying with our toddler at 6 Palm Court, and we love staying here. The layout is perfect for our small family & this place has become our home away from home! The location truly cannot be beat! So close to the beach but tucked away in a calm quiet cul-de-sac. Everything was super clean when we checked in & the check in process was smooth. The only thing that could have been improved during our trip was the yard maintenance. The grass in the front and back yards were super overgrown, which seemed to make the mosquitos worse. We got a citronella for outside, but did not seem to really help. The only other thing inside that we noticed was that the freezer seemed to be damaged/smashed. Both the fridge and freezer were in working order so we did not have issued with it, but we had to make sure we opened the freezer door carefully. We called our first day to report this to make sure we were not held accountable & to make sure it was known to the office that it was damaged. Again, we LOVE this rental. The yard & the freezer were not deal-breakers or affect our trip in a negative way, just things that could be improved to keep 6 Palm Court incredible! Already looking forward to heading back next year!
