About this property

Welcome to North Myrtle Beach! My husband and I purchased this 3 bedroom oceanfront condo in December 2017. It has been totally renovated - new floors, paint, appliances, HVAC and furniture. The location of this condo is amazing. We are within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Main street is less than 2 blocks away! The condo is located in Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club. There are two large beautiful pools, 2 hot tubs, as well as a lighted tennis court. Our unit is on the 3rd floor, so no one is above you - we also have an elevator. Our unit has a beautiful sky light which provides lots natural light. USB Outlets in wet bar and kitchen, flat screen TV's in all rooms, Wi-Fi and expanded cable. We also have a ROKU for streaming : Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, HULU, Peacock and Paramount +. We hope you will consider vacationing in our condo! My husband and I have been renting our vacation homes for the last 13 years - we take pride in making each property that we have owned one that our guests will want to return to! Please note : Saturday to Saturday rentals in the summer. Will consider short -term monthly rentals during the off season.

Very nice property. We appreciated all the amenities, from soap to dishwasher detergent to beach chairs. The view from the porch is lovely, and we had a wonderful time.

Fantastic Location, Very Clean, Quiet & Comfortable Mattresses

I have to say this was the cleanest condo and the best stocked of any I have rented before. The owner was very accessible with any of my questions. I am a rental property owner myself as well as I own a second home at NC beaches. I was at Myrtle for shag dancing and Liz treated us like I would treat my renters. Will definitely return.

My husband, Joe and I love the beach. We bought our first condo 18 years ago in Carolina Beach, NC. We enjoy renovating condos so that we can enjoy them with our family. I am a retired school principal and Joe is a retired attorney. Together we have 6 children and 13 grandchildren - all who love the beach as well!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of the complex itself and its great location. Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club has beautiful lush grounds and 2 large pools with a kiddie pool and hot tub. Multiple grills and picnic tables are available for cooking out. We also like that this complex is not a high rise. We like the smaller, inviting feel of this place. We also like that there is an elevator close to our unit!

What makes this property unique

Liz manages this property and is very attentive to her guests needs and questions. This condo has perfect ocean views and is close to restaurants and shops. Free Wi-Fi, Roku with multiple streaming options, elevator, 2 saltwater pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 baby pools & 2 tennis courts. Grill areas and short walking distance (2 blocks) to Main Street. Perfect location.
