El K-Lodge es una gran casa de vacaciones rústica ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo. Está ubicado en Kearsarge Rd (una carretera conocida) y a menos de una milla de la montaña Cranmore, a 1 milla del centro de North Conway, y a solo 7 minutos en coche de las tiendas Outlet, Echo Lake, Saco River, Storyland y Attitash.

El K-Lodge fue una vez un refugio de esquí con una pequeña pendiente cuesta abajo y una cuerda de remolque para los esquiadores locales. Más tarde se transformó en una posada para los viajeros de la nieve que visitaron la belleza y la emoción que North Conway ofrecía. Desde entonces, esta casa ha sido renovada en un alquiler de vacaciones único en su tipo, nos gusta llamar al K-Lodge. Primer piso: 2 dormitorios, cocina, comedor y sala de estar adjunta con estufa de leña, sala de billar, 1. 5 baños y lavadero.
Segundo piso- 6 dormitorios, 2 baños.
Nivel inferior: estilo pub (con kegerator en alquiler, que se puede agregar a su alquiler hasta 30 días antes de su alquiler, por favor pregunte), gran espacio habitable con chimenea de gas, noveno dormitorio y 1 baño
Entrada exterior (se adapta a 10 autos, porche delantero, terraza lateral con bañera de hidromasaje y parrilla incorporada, y patio lateral con pozo de fuego (traiga su propia madera y caliéntese alrededor de una fogata, sin embargo, NO los fuegos artificiales son ilegales en North Conway) así como muy perjudicial para el vecindario)

The property was great! My nephew was inspired to create a Clue game based on the billiards room. There are plenty of spaces to sleep, to congregate, and to sit down to eat. My mother was able to get around using a walker without a problem. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for a crowd. Maybe bring your own chef knife, because the knives are a bit dull, but other than that little thing, the house was GREAT!

As advertised!!

Each winter my family does a Winter Weekend in North Conway. There where approximately 20 of us this year and the K-Lodge was a perfect fit for our large group. With 9 bedrooms and 4.5 baths everyone was comfortable. I was told by the property manager that the kitchen had recently been remodeled. They did a great job and the double oven and oversized range allowed us to put together some great meals for our crew. The house was clean, well appointed and ready to go. The kids loved the pool table room and some of them relaxed at the end of the day in the hot tub. It is a 5 minute drive to Cranmore and the outlet stores are a short ride, as well. Everyone had a great time and I'm already getting requests from my family for a repeat stay at K-Lodge next year! You won't be disappointed!

Great spot, everything you need

Wonderful home, everything was as described. Great location, our group of kids and parents all enjoyed it and had space to themselves, plus being in the center of so many local attractions meant we were never bored! Would definitely stay again.

Large, Family Friendly Property

We had an overall good stay at KLodge. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of space, making it ideal for a family getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the backyard provided a nice area for the kids to run around. However, there were a few downsides. On a hot and humid weekend with temperatures in the 90s, two of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and it made those rooms uncomfortable, especially for the kids. It’s something we would have liked to know in advance. Additionally, the presence of outdoor cameras made some of us uncomfortable, especially with children playing in the yard. It wasn’t clear whether they were recording, so more transparency on their use would have been helpful. We also found that the cleaning expectations upon checkout were quite demanding, especially when trying to get a large group out the door by 11 a.m. with the threat of fees. It was a bit stressful to manage that on top of everything else. Lastly, paying extra fees for towels and sheets was unexpected and unusual, as this is typically included in most rentals we've stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with more clarity on these points and fewer extra fees, it could have been a much smoother experience.

Great location, huge home.

This home has the most well equipped and spacious kitchen. Everything we needed ! There are so many different gathering areas which our teens appreciated. Clean and updated overall. We were 22 ages 2 to 72. The entry stairs were uneven and a bit much for the older family members. We just took our time. Location could not be better, close to stores and attractions. Great communication with landlord and quick response when we had a minor problem. Overall we loved it, has a great time! Thank you!

Excellent family gathering spot

The house had plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well equipped for our big family dinners. We enjoyed the K lodge’s many amenities and awesome location. The property owners were very helpful and responsive.

60th birthday celebration

12 of us stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house is absolutely enormous and we did not even touch the basement or the pool table room. We spent most our time in the kitchen which is large enough to accommodate Multiple people cooking and prepping at the same time. The hot tub was wonderful after skiing. We would definitely rent this property again. everyone loved it

Great place for families!

This was our second stay at KLodge!! We loved the new upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms! Plenty of room for our family ski weekend! Enjoyed the close location to ski areas, shopping and restaurants. All beds were comfy and the house is very clean and spacious.

Special summer vacation

This is the perfect spot for a large family gathering. The house has so much space! Our weather was gloomy but we had board games, movies, puzzles and the hot tub to keep us entertained. Being close to town is a real advantage too. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us Kelly.

Perfect

We had a big group everyone had a place to sleep and a place to go. The house was beautiful. All of the amenities were just perfect. We had lovely morning walks, nice and quiet very close to restaurants, parks, places to swim. My family goes to North Conway yearly and this is probably one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The owners were very easy to deal with and very clear with instructions. We would definitely love to return next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect home for a large family vacation

From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable in this home, especially with 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 8. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 children with rooms to spare. The owner was quick to respond to all our questions prior to arrival. The perfect home for a large family vacation and centrally located to all attractions from Lincoln to Gorham.

Overall nice space for a large party!

We were 4 families comprising of 15 total. The house was extremely clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking pans, plates, bowls, utensils, glassware, etc. We prepared an off-season Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed outside of the food. At night we could spread out with the younger adults playing games in the basement, some folks shooting pool in the pool room on the main floor, folks at the smaller dining table building a puzzle, while others watched a movie nearby in the living area. We couldn’t have asked for more. We travel often and have rented dozens of properties over the course of the years and this house is definitely one of the nicer homes we have rented for such a large party in the Conway area.

The K Lodge is a fantastic house and the upgraded kitchen and other improvements make a fantastic house even better. Plenty of space, tons to do in the area, lots of good lounging and comfy space in the house. We will be back!

K Lodge Wknd Getaway

We just got back from a great wknd at the K Lodge. Plenty of space for both adults and children. Loved the updated kitchen layout and the hot tub kept everyone warm despite temps well below zero!

A perfect winter getaway...

Every year, four families head north the day after Christmas for a week of skiing, good food and fun. This house did not disappoint! The house was even better than the pictures... huge space for all 16 of us, modern kitchen, quaint bedrooms, two great fireplaces and a huge basement with lots of room for game nights. The kids were able to play pool, do puzzles and enjoy the hot tub while the parents were able to relax a bit. The town of North Conway and the surrounding mountains were absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to have snow while we were there and enjoyed skiing, tubing and snow mobiling as well as sampling several breweries in the area. Several of us have a newfound love of blueberry beer! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We were sad to leave but definitely will be back!!

Great Ski Vacation

The K Lodge was a perfect spot for our large family ski trip. Plenty of space for everyone, clean, well stocked with necessities, lots of charm, and really close to Cranmore and downtown North Conway. We hope to be back for another stay soon.
