Nos encanta alquilar casas cuando viajamos. ¡Compramos esta nueva propiedad de alquiler para que familias como la nuestra la disfruten!

¡Esta casa de 5 dormitorios tiene en mente a las familias y los servicios de vacaciones! Una pequeña sala de estar para tomar un café o conversar te saluda cuando entras por la puerta. El plano de planta se abre a la sala de estar que tiene un acogedor sofá para ver películas y un área para comer para compartir una comida. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar una comida juntos. El nivel superior tiene 4 dormitorios y una sala de lavandería. Hay una suite principal con una cama king y un vestidor que tiene una cuna (para aquellos con un bebé). Dos de las otras habitaciones tienen camas queen y la cuarta habitación tiene 2 camas individuales. ¡El lavadero está convenientemente ubicado en el nivel superior! ¡Tiene una lavadora y secadora grandes y un área plegable!

¡El sótano terminado es el espacio para la DIVERSIÓN! ¡Un futón y bolsas de frijoles, un televisor de pantalla grande, una Xbox 360 y una mesa de juegos con una gran variedad de juegos es el lugar perfecto para jugar! ¡Pase horas juntos o envíe a los niños a una zona de juego sin preocupaciones! También hay un quinto dormitorio en el sótano con una cama queen size. El patio trasero está cercado y tiene un área de patio expandida para asar y sentarse en algunos muebles acogedores mientras disfruta del sol de Colorado.

We had 5 adults and 5 kids (2-15yrs) that stayed here, great setup for our family. Friendly neighborhood and the church down the block had a really nice park for the kids to play at.

Colorado wedding

Check in and communication with Host was super easy. Beautiful House with well stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean and inviting. Plenty of games and toys for the children, and plenty of space for the adults to play card and board games.Absolutely Loved the accommodations and would definitely stay here again !!!

Great Christmas stay

The property was great as advertised. They had a lighted full size Christmas tree for our enjoyment. Our entire family got together for the first time in many years. We had a wonderful time.

Inviting and Loving

Our whole family was incredibly impressed with this home! They were so hospitable with all the generous resources that were there at the home. They weren't even there, but it felt inviting and loving the moment we walked in. By far the best rental we've ever stayed in.

South Carolinians in Monument

Meghan's beautiful house was perfect for our family. There were 9 of us who fit perfectly in the 5 bedrooms. It was a very nice 4-night visit to Colorado, thanks to our stay in Meghan's house! Meghan relieved our stress by offering extra time in the house because of the blizzard. We WERE able to get to the airport, but she was so sweet and hospitable to us. I don't know when we will get to the Colorado Springs area again, but we would definitely stay with Meghan again!!!! Her house was supplied with everything we needed, and we wished we could have stayed longer. We did quite a bit of traveling around the area, and it was nice that the house is so close to I-25, convenient to reach all the nearby towns... like Colorado Springs, Peyton, Castle Rock, and Denver.

Great location, awesome house

We were in town for a wedding in Palmer Lake. This house was a great location, close to the highway and easy to travel to/from. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Great communication and wonderful to work with!

Perfect VRBO House and Host

Stayed at the house in October with several friends and we LOVED it. House was clean and well equipped with everything we could have wanted for both staying and cooking. Plenty of space. Could not have been better, 12/10.

Fabulous House!!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. The location was perfect!! The house had every amenity needed to make meals for family. We loved grilling out and having dinner on the beautiful patio. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and our young adult children enjoyed the basement area to watch tv away from the adults. This was the best house we’ve stayed in by far. Our whole family said it’s a 5 star house.

Perfect house perfect location

The House was just as described and the pictures were dead in! It was PERFECT for our family who were attending our daughters wedding. The location was perfect, the neighborhood very nice and we were close to everything! All of the bedrooms were big, the bed sizes were perfect for our group needs! Felt like home.

Thanksgiving 2023

This is a great house with plenty of space for a large family and friends. We were a party of 8 with one person visiting from Denver. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner in a fully equipped kitchen and we watched a lot of football. The home was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable! Thank you!

Fantastic Home close to USAFA

Our family of 7, mostly teens and young adults, had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this beautiful home. Location was convenient to USAFA which was helpful as we made several trips back and forth. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Checking in and out was a breeze and owners were responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Experience!

A group of extended family members from Wisconsin stayed here for a family wedding. This was the perfect home for us and our needs. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The location was great! A simple drive for sightseeing and an easy walk to gas station and some restaurants. Megan was excellent to work with and checked in via text to see if everything was ok. The house is beautiful and clean and worked well for us!

Fit our needs.

Needed a place to stay in town for friends and family in town for a wedding. Communication with owners was excellent, place was nice and clean, had everything we needed. Maybe a few less pillows on the bed would be only comment, but thats my personal opinion.

Excellent location, beautiful and clean house

We stayed here for my cousin's 50th birthday celebration hosted at the Woodmoor Country Club, which was only 10 min away. There were a 5 of us, friends and family. It is a 3 story home (including the basement). There is 4 bedrooms on the 3rd level. One of them is a master with a bathroom. The other 3 do not have a bathroom, but there is a full bathroom on the 3rd level to share. The 2nd level ground level has a living room, half bath and a stufy/flex seating room. Wonderful views of the mountains and spacious backyard. And the basement is like an apartment without a kitchen. It had a seating area, bedroom and full bath. This was a wonderful house for us. Very comfortable and clean. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we come back and visit. Very spacious. We could have had another 3 or 4 guests comfortably. Highly recommend.
