Overlooking the Old Town Library and just steps from downtown, this refreshed space offers comfy queen beds, blackout shades, and a relaxed vibe that’s great for couples, friends, or families alike.
Start your morning with coffee from Lima, enjoy a visit to the library or nearby park, and spend your evening dining downtown or catching a show at The Comedy Fort. With CSU and local favorites close by, everything you need is within easy reach.
This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 6 | Upper Level
OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park
INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener

Pros: Location to downtown was ideal. Maybe a 5 minute walk. Free parkingCons: property description listed AC. Our stay was during the summer so this was an important factor for us. There was a small window AC that barely cooled the main living area. Didn’t even begin to cool Very uncomfortable for the duration of our stay.Every time we plugged in anything in the kitchen with the AC running, such as an iron or the small portable fan that was provided, a breaker would be tripped. Also, the dual breakers that needed to be reset, were broken apart.

Perfect for old town!
This was a great place to stay to experience old town. Great to see these places popping up because there are so few hotels in the downtown area! And now with the stadium being on campus, it is great to have a place close by to stay!

Perfect location
We really enjoyed being so close to Old Town as well as CSU! This rental had everything we needed!

Great place!
We loved staying at this property. The location was excellent -- we had a lovely morning walk to Big City Burrito and Starry Night Coffee shop. Very comfortable and cute apartment. Perfect for a small family!

Family Visit
This was the perfect location to visit family. We were able to do a lot of things from the Property, walking everywhere. Great restaurants, parks for the little ones and breweries and distilleries for the adults.

Wonderful Home in Great Location!!
Stayed here for a work trip. Beds were super comfortable and the place was much larger than I expected. Incredibly cute decor! Loved the views of the park across the street along with all the large shade trees around the property. Enjoyed my short walk to Old Town for dinner and drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with fantastic location!
Very cute and clean condo in fantastic location! We were in town to visit our son who goes to CSU and we were able to walk to campus and shopping/restaurants in old town. Corner unit was quiet and private and had lots of amenities for a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again :-)

Perfect Location!
We were in town to find a place for my daughter to rent. She's transferring with her job from Atlanta. This was the perfect spot, fabulous location.m!

CSU Parent's Weekend
We usually stay at a hotel but changed it up with this VRBO and it was great! Comfy, clean, and convenient. The quick response to our questions was excellent. Will rent again!

This location was very convenient. We walked everywhere we went. It's so close to the college. The vrbo itself was very clean and had everything we needed.

Can’t beat the location!
This property is set is such a quiet and fantastic neighborhood! Waking distance to all the essentials - food, entertainment and shopping. We loved that there was both assigned parking as well as options on the street. And the communication with Stacy was better than any place we’ve stayed yet! Can’t wait to come back!
