PET FRIENDLY. 5 blocks from nightlife, dining, breweries, museum, LUX movie theater, coffee shops, art galleries, historic Rialto Theater, bars, & more. 3 upstairs bedrooms: king bed master suite with TV, queen bed deluxe room with fireplace, third bedroom with twin bunk beds. Full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs. Sleeps 8 with queen pullout couch bed. Kitchenette with 2 fridges, double burner, microwave, keurig, and toaster oven. Couch, recliner, extra large flat screen TV, cable & internet included. Central Air conditioning/heating with thermostat. Private parking lot, free street parking, and private fenced yard.

Centrally located for trips to Estes Park (Rocky Mountain NP), Boulder, Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Fort Collins, Greeley and Cheyenne - Wyoming, lakes, natural areas, hiking trails!

This place was in good condition, very clean home, easy to access. Host was accommodating as we had to add on another night last minute and it worked out! Location is close to downtown but also not a far drive to the mountains, it was great.

When entering the property there was an overwhelming smell of room deordorizor fragrance. The sheets on the queensize bed smelled like feces and fabric deordorizor fragrance. It was as if the sheets had not been washed, just sprayed with a strong smelling fabric fragrance. The rug in the kingsize bed bedroom was sticky when walked on barefoot. The overwhelming smell of fragrance caused my husband to have breathing issues. When sitting on the couch, you sank down so low into the couch, you needed help to get up from it. The recliner was incredibly hard to move from a reclining position. It took 2 people to move it back to a normal chair position. This was not a pleasant experience.

The specific unit rented was welcoming to pets with a separate direct access to a fenced area that included a grill and seating. 1.5 bathrooms, shower only. Hotplate only, no oven, but does have microwave and toaster oven although we couldn't get the toaster oven to work. Both a small freezer/fridge and separate mini drink fridge. Nextdoor grocery store (Safeway) permanently closing soon. A few short blocks from the 4th Street downtown area including dining, events, and a city museum. A few blocks from the state highway that goes to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park (about 45 minutes away). Unit is a long state highway 287, but traffic runs at city speed in that stretch and is not loud since both the unit and its assigned outdoor space are behind the house.

Loveland stay

Enjoyed our stay most important thing for me is clean accommodations and it certainly is that. The back patio could have easily clean up Eand if I would of had a rack and large garbage bag I would have cleaned it up the tree in the back is mighty spectacular wished for cable so we could watch the olympics

Location was great. Five minute walk to bars and restaurants. Grocery stores even closer. Texted all the info we needed and what was expected from us as well. Apartment was very quaint and clean. There are some stairs if mobility is an issue. Beds were quite comfortable. All rooms are upstairs which was nice for my wife. She’s an early riser and was able to relax and not worry about disturbing everyone. Would recommend this place to friends and family alike. If you’re looking for seafood, Even though you can walk to downtown Loveland. I would recommend the drive to Fort Collins and JAX.

Perfect get-away

We had a great time. The place is located in a great spot to walk to restaurants and breweries. We were lucky to find one that allowed us to bring our dog too. The place was clean and had so much room. We had everything we needed. The little yard was a bonus.

First Trip to Loveland

We enjoyed our 5 nights in this condo between Christmas and New Years. Our 2 beagles LOVED the little outside fenced yard and knew it was just for them. The house has style and is unique and welcoming. The poinsettia was a nice touch. We enjoyed the comfortable king bed.

Lovely condo!

We just spent one night at the condo, but already know we will be back to explore Loveland. We stopped in on our way to Yellowstone/Grand Tetons and needed a 1/2 way stop. The condo was easy to find, super clean and had comfy beds. We were near a grocer and so many fun local spots to eat. Highly recommend. Great commutation with the owners too.

Yellowstone layover

Stopped here coming from Oklahoma going to Yellowstone for a couple days to break up the drive.It is in walking distance to lots of shops and eating places.It also was a short drive to Estes park where we went and enjoyed the day.I would stay here again if back in the area.

Perfect Weekend

3 girlfriends and I spent the weekend golfing at several beautiful local golf courses. The house was perfect for us. We did not have a need for preparing full meals so the utility kitchen was just enough for us to make tea and coffee and light snacks. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfy. The living area was a cozy space to relax after a long day of golf and sunshine. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!!

Weekend getaway

Great location, easily walk able to lots of restaurants and the fun downtown area. Literally right behind a Safeway - so convenient. Highly recommend! The master bedroom gets a little warm at night, but luckily Colorado is wonderful at night and we just had the windows open

Perfect for front range and easy drive up the canyon to National Park.

Well appointed 3 bedroom with studio space kitchen. Plenty of fridge space. Located near downtown restaurants. Local hosts are very friendly and helpful , highly recommended
