PET FRIENDLY. 5 blocks from nightlife, dining, breweries, museum, LUX movie theater, coffee shops, art galleries, historic Rialto Theater, bars, and more. 3 upstairs bedrooms: king bed master suite with TV, queen bed deluxe room with fireplace, third bedroom w/ twin bunk beds. Full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs. Sleeps 8 with queen pullout couch bed. Kitchenette with 2 fridges, double burner, microwave, keurig, & toaster oven. Couch, recliner, extra large flat screen TV, cable & internet included. Central Air conditioning/heating with thermostat. Private parking lot, free street parking, and private fenced yard.

Centrally located for trips to Estes Park (Rocky Mountain NP), Boulder, Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Fort Collins, Greeley & Cheyenne - Wyoming, lakes, natural areas, & hiking trails!
