Our Week At The Beach!

Love the house and the location! We have come to prefer Avon for our OBX stays and this beach cottage was perfect for us. Could use a little updating and kitchen pots, pans, glasses and utensils a little sparse, but hope to come back!

Avon vacation.

Great location nicely decorated w/ great views. There is an additional dog fee if your bringing pets.

Very convenient location and very well decorated

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a three level house with two bedrooms with four beds on the first floor and a master bedroom on the second. We enjoyed being separate from the kids and they enjoyed their privacy as well. All the rooms have TVs. One room has a twin top/full size bottom bunk bed with another twin single in the room as well. The other bedroom has a queen bed which would work for adult couples or two kids. The top floor has a beautiful view, fully stocked kitchen, and a big room to sit and watch the ocean, sunrise, and simply feel the peace of the place. The house is decorated very well. For dog owners, they have a clever system of gates on the decks so your dog can be outside but not run away so we let out dog roam the top floors without worry of her getting out. That was very cool for us. The house is incredibly close to the beach. There is public access to the beach at the end of the driveway. The management company did an amazing job of cleaning the house between visits. It was the cleanest property that we have ever visited.

Nice Getaway.

Everything was lovely! The kitchen bathroom had some brown muck on the wall and the kitchen had some brown liquid (sure it was just coffee) spilled on the side of the island. Maybe just to hit the kitchen extra hard around the door handles to cabinets. All and all, it was wonderful and I would stay again in a heart beat! Thank you all so much!!!
