Beautiful house in a great location. Canal front for the kayakers and crab enthusiasts in our party. Pool was a really nice perk! We rode our bikes to the beach every day and chilled by the pool at night. Very spacious with something for everyone. The house needs a good deep clean and dusting. Carpet is very stained. Only 2 king beds the other 3 rooms contain twin bunks with unstable top bunk and 2 doubles. Gas grill was non functional but the briquet grill was fine. We have never found roaches on any other rentals at OBX but there were a few dead ones found in the kitchen and tiny ants in the kitchen on our last day. Due to the location, amenities and overall comfort I would rank it as 3-4 stars overall.

Family Vacation

Me and Family had a wonderful time on vacation the house was close to everything and had plenty of space in the house. The place was very clean when we got there and the house was very nicely decorated plus had plenty of stuff in the kitchen for cooking.

Great home

Nice home on a canal with a dock for my boat. Home met all of our expectations. Had one issue, but did not affect us. WIFI did not work for us. We did not spend any time or effort troubleshooting it since we all had unlimited data. Might have been as simple as a reboot. Might have been more.

WONDERFUL PLACE!!!!

This was our first vacation at this house.....But hopefully it will not be our last!!! Everyone loved the house and the location.

Review summary

When we arrived all the carpeting was very wet from being steam cleaned. After walking on the carpet and onto the bare floor we almost slipped because our shoes were so wet. The gas grill outsidE was disgusting! Whoever used it last did not clean it. We had to disassemble the entire grill and clean off all the crud! Other than those two things everything was good.
