Everything was great. The one exception is the shower on the middle floor was dangerously slippery and nothing to grip on to. Besides that it was fantastic.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first glance everything looked great. Floors were filthy. Smoke alarm beeped all night. No extra blankets. Last night there went to get into the indoor pool and it was ice cold! Very unhappy with the pool issue as my son was really looking forward to swimming.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin that we stayed in was very nice and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, I will definitely stay in a cabin from Elk Springs Resort. The only thing that might need to be done is they need to put in a full length mirror for us women to be able to see how we look after getting dressed up, other than that it was a great place.

Nonworking amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool was supposed to be heated. 30 minutes prior to arriving we received a text that it was broken and would not be fixed during our stay. This was the second time with two different cabins that we had this issue. Management refused to move us or refund. We will never stay again.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 7 de oct de 2026

We understand how disappointing this was and regret that we were unable to provide the resolution you were hoping for. We’re so glad to hear that you found the beds comfortable — especially the loft bed — and that our communication leading up to your stay was helpful. Providing a smooth and welcoming experience is very important to us. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the TVs. Guest input like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve, and we will certainly take your suggestion about upgrading to larger smart TVs into consideration as we evaluate future updates to the cabin. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for another relaxing stay in Gatlinburg.
