WHY THIS PROPERTY: Michelle Meheen has recently purchased Casa Carole. After visiting Casa Carole, Michelle knew that if it ever came up for sale, she would love to have it. This traditional Mexican Colonial villa was built on the beach in 1980. The villa was designed by a local architect in the traditional Mexican Colonial style. Michelle has retained the same professional local manager and wonderful staff that is known and loved by all who have visited. Michelle is enthusiastic and excited to own this unique property, and is overseeing all aspects of the ownership and rental of her luxury villa. One of her greatest pleasures is proudly sharing Casa Carole with family, friends and guests. Even with the many upgrades over the years, Casa Carole continues to reflect their appreciation for the classical character and charm of 'Old Mexico'.
