Enjoy the unobstructed views of the stunning white sand of the Emerald Coast in Destin from the balcony of Majestic Sun #607A! With accommodations for up to 6 people, this lovely vacation condo is a great choice for your next family vacation! The master bedroom features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. For the kids, there is fun set of bunk beds tucked into the hallway alcove. The hall bath features a large walk in shower. From the open living room, kitchen, dining room area, you can see the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience and comfort.

Majestic Sun's private beach is located directly across the 25 mph 2 lane beach road. It is just steps from the building to the sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast!

This resort's amenities are incredible! Majestic Sun features a 3,200 square foot multi-level indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and onsite fitness facility. It is located near some fabulous restaurants; several are within walking distance! Serve up a match on one of the nearby tennis courts (for a small fee) , or head over to the championship golf course and play a liesurely game with friends or family. If shopping is your thing, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is minutes away as is the open air mall, Destin Commons, which has been voted "Best Place to Shop" by readers of Emerald Coast Magazine.
**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

This Condo should have been renovated 5 years ago. The sliding door curtains were ripped and dirty. The table and chairs outside on the balcony were rusted and worn. The entertainment console drawers were damaged and need repair. I embarrassed my family staying here as the beds took me down to the floors. My wife and I slept in separate beds and our children shared the master which was in need of a new bed. The best was the trash shoot area. Just put your trash along with your pizza boxes on the floor and leave. What the hell was that! Another failure was the trash area outside of the front entrance on the left side where the cans sit at the bottom of the unused trash area. Send the health department over there to shut the whole place down before someone gets sick. Tell the owners to put some money into their investment or sell it to someone who cares a little more. Shameful, Shame on Vrbo

Beautiful and clean

The property is exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive. Very clean overall. Loved that the kitchen came fully stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans/plates etc. Location is hard to beat, within walking distance of pretty much anything you need.

A few things need some attention in the condo, but usable and overall a great location with a great view. The beds are less than comfortable.

Sooooooo Relaxing!

The location, property and amenities were exactly what we had hoped for. Easy access to the beach and pool areas were great. Several places to eat within walking distance. Fully functional kitchen. (could have had a couple more pots and pans)

We’ve stayed at Majestic Sun numerous times. We’ve always had a great condo. This room was just ok. The master mattress was uncomfortable and in need of replacing. The TV cabinet was scratched up on the inside. The outside patio was dirty and in need of painting. The patio chairs were cheap and a little rusty. The beach umbrella and chairs were rusty and broken. The couch was small and uncomfortable. I would not stay at this unit again.

Great Getaway

A lovely condo for our long weekend. Easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants and the music venue for Mothership weekend. They had everything we needed at the condo. It was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. Would recommend staying here!

We had a great time in 607A. Who wouldn’t love a full gulf view and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and well appointed. Rental agent was very responsive and helpful.
