Windancer 304-

It's time to treat yourself and choose a unit that's made the upgrades you want and the views you deserve. Unit 304 has tile floors, granite counters, an updated kitchen, renovated shower, relaxing beach decor, and so much more.

This third floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

A great “Destin”ation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Miramar beach. Our VRBO was the perfect size for my husband and I, and was clean and well furnished. Loved the deck to enjoy the sunsets and early morning dolphin sightings. Will definitely plan to return!

Great location and condo

The condo looked exactly as pictured (very nice), the view from the balcony was great, and the distance to the beach was manageable for my elderly mother. The host communicated promptly and checked in with us during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Pictures depicted the condo accurately. It is small, but feels spacious. Loved the ocean view and short walk to the beach. Having 2 chairs and umbrella included in price is a big plus for me.

Perfect property, clean and freshly renovated. Huge beach area, gorgeous view. Enjoyed the balcony seating. Heated pool a plus. We missed the description about seasonal beach service not starting til 3/1 - Donna brought her personal chairs & umbrella for us to use - above and beyond service! Relaxing few days with no problems. Highly recommend Modern Beach Vacation Rentals.

Great view, quiet evenings. Couch was a little worn and the charcole grills needed ash removed for ventilation purposes but otherwise everything else was as pictured in the listing.

Good condo on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We liked it being right on the beach and able to walk directly to the ocean (not across any streets or having to drive and park, etc.). The Miramar Beach area has a lot of things nearby and good restaurants close. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day was awesome - great chair service. The pool was good and nice to also have to mix it up some days. The room had everything needed for our family of 3. A family of 4 would fit nice. 6 would probably be tight but doable (would have to use pull out couch each night I imagine). Nice balcony to sit out and enjoy the ocean view. Items to improve that would have made the condo a 5-star: being cleaner, more sound proof walls/ceiling, better baby-proofing, and an ice machine on-site. The room was really dusty/dirty in some corner/side areas that you can tell don’t ever get cleaned and the exhaust fans were caked. A more updated shower would also be a plus. The noise from the condo above was quite loud at times during the week - footsteps, etc. Some noise could be heard from the condos on each side but the main problem area was the condo above (4th floor was top floor and this condo is on the 3rd floor). A couple outlets were missing plate covers totally and having outlet covers to protect little ones fingers would be nice. Finally, an ice machine on-site would be very convenient. Overall though, good condo that we enjoyed our stay in and we will consider staying here again when we come back.

Great little condo for my husband and I. Not sure it had enough room for others to stay and still have the privacy we like. We will go back and stay in that unit again. It is convenient to everything we like, and right in the beach.

The location was great and the space was clean and welcoming. It was one of the better units we have stayed in at Windancer. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and accommodated out needs quickly. Check in and check out was easy.

So far, we really enjoyed our stay even with some minor maintenance items that were being done. Jen is everything you could ask for in a host and much much more. Her communication and thoughtfulness are unmatched. Would definitely stay again.
