About this property

Lovely Three Bedroom Beachfront Condo, Heated Pool, Wifi, Cable, Jacuzzi

This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo is our personal vacation home we are renting to responsible clients. We provide many comforts of home including luxury Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Like new unit with tile floors, quality kitchen cabinets, granite counters and nice appliances, two bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer, new memory foam mattresses and 65 inch Sony TV in main living space and a large master bedroom TV. Our quaint 4 unit condo complex features a pool and patio including a jacuzzi (not hot tub) , gas grill, outdoor kitchen, TV, and outdoor bathroom, pool table and other amenities. We also have Beach gear, toys, chairs and umbrellas ready for your use!

There is also a bonus room available on the ground floor with a bathroom, a king size bed and a large TV for additional common space for your family (2 additional guests) it will be a complete separate booking. Feel free to ask about also booking our downstairs unit!

We also own property right behind this one! Our Cottage by the Sea unit A and B is perfect for additional guests--there are two one-bedroom units that each sleep four if you need more room. You can inquire about these properties after you book!

Rentals for our unit are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, although exceptions may be made off-season.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Relaxing and convenient. Central for our college visits but still felt like a beach vacation. Beautiful quiet beach and nice pool to cool off after. Perfect and would definitely stay again. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with recommendations and accommodations.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property owners were quick to get back to me on questions I had and the place was immaculate. The cleaning lady was especially nice and very personable. We had a great five day. Stay here me and my wife and we also had some family from Bradenton up to spend the weekend. absolutely wonderful property and great location.

This was an outstanding place for a couple or family with kids to stay. The combination of the super-close access to the beach and a wonderful pool area was fantastic. The kitchen/dining area had been recently remodeled, and it was very nice. All of the beach essentials were there, which was extremely helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Mark was extremely responsive when we sent notes about several minor issues that needed to be addressed. This was a fantastic location. Only 35 minutes from the Tampa airport. Great eating places like the Salt Rock Grill, Sweet Sage, and Conch Republic, are all within a 10–12 minute drive. This property would be worthy of anyone considering a stay on a quiet stretch of beach.

This was our 2nd visit to this condo and 4th to IRB, and it won't be our last! It was perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. We loved the ease of walking right out to the gorgeous beach or the pool, which is a perfect size for kids and adults to swim, and the views from the balcony are wonderful all times of the day. The accommodations both in the condo and in the common areas were thoughtful and helped us have a fun, easy vacation, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful! Definitely recommend.

We had a really nice stay at this property with our family. The home was clean, well-kept, and felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the layout worked well for a group.The location was also a big plus—convenient to nearby stores and restaurants, but still quiet enough to unwind. We especially appreciated the jacuzzi and pool, which made the stay feel a little more special. We loved the sunshine view with the sea. This is definitely the best property if you want to be next to the beach.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made check-in and any questions easy to handle.Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again.

This is the best condo to stay in on IRB! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked! Ideal location on the beach, not crowded and our kids love the pool and how convenient it is. This is our 3rd year staying and hope to be back again in the future!

We love staying here at Indian Rocks Beach! We have stayed at this property the past three years and absolutely love it! We love all of the accommodations and the easy beach access. Everything was clean and we could not have asked for a better vacation:)
