Great house in great location!

Very nice house that looked just like the pictures. Very private yard with a good sized pool. Very conveniently located to beaches, grocery stores and local restaurants. Malte was a fantastic host! Very responsive and friendly and gave good tips for sites/attractions. Highly recommend this place!

Très déçue par l’agence qui gère ce bien.J’avais loué la maison pour 3 semaines. Un jour après mon départ, je me suis rendue compte que j’avais oublié mon casque de musique, que j’étais certaine d’avoir laissé dans la chambre. J’ai contacté l’agence, mais ils n’ont rien trouvé. J’ai renvoyé un message avec des photos pour confirmer que le casque se trouvait bien là, et depuis, plus aucune réponse.Je trouve cette agence malhonnête et peu professionnelle. Je ne passerai plus jamais par eux et je ne peux que vous les déconseiller.

Nous avons utilisé 1 chambre sur les 3. Donc nous avons bénéficié de la climatisation sur nos pièces à vivre. Souhait de piscine et proche de la mer et du supermarché. C’était parfait pour notre besoin. Notre contact a été super réactif et nous avons apprécié : problème sur la porte de rue résolu en 1 heure ! Le descriptif est conforme a l’annonce. Séjour mitigé

Nous avons passé un séjour dans une maison bien située, avec une belle piscine bien entretenue par contre pour le reste de la maison une impression d'abandon, jardin en friche avec des sacs poubelles et des déchets au sol,beaucoup d'éclairage en panne,mauvais état de la plomberie (douche et WC cassé !)robinet fuyant dans la cuisine extérieure, et électricité extérieure dangereuse (prise cassée et boîte de dérivation sans couvercle !)mauvais état du mobilier extérieure. Donc au final prix excessif pour la prestation. J'ai même dû nettoyer les filtres des climatisations et changer 2 ampoules à l'extérieur car on ne voyait pas grand chose !

Poorly maintained and does not live up to expectations of photos

Friendly manager but this property is really tired and not up to the standards we expect from Home Away. A dangerous broken tile on steps to the entrance when we arrived we were told was to be repaired three days later it never happened. There was a broken switch, missing light bulbs in kitchen and terraces and a meat skewer provided for broken patio umbrella. It must be near the end of the season but this looked like it has not seen any maintenance for more than a year. It could be very nice and perhaps next season it will be. A lot of noise from tennis courts at times, chickens and dogs barking but otherwise a nice neighbourhood and we do not mind the sounds of sport. The pool makes the property but outdoor furniture all needs replacing and whilst bedding and bathrooms were very clean the kitchen china and utensils had all seen better days and we don't expect to have to wash every cup, plate,glass and oven tray before they could be used . Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as a lot of steps for access and trip hazards where floors laid at different levels. The split into two units would suit a lot of adult sharers if you don't mind the lack of air con just one bedroom with a very loud system. Good location for car access to beaches etc

Idealic villa, home away from home.

We had a long Spring holiday with our dog and the accommodation suited us perfectly. Very well equipped kitchen, lovely balcony which we still miss, lovely view and good pool. We used the pool as early as April, which we cannot do with our pool in the South of France. A good reason why to visit Moraira in the Spring. It is a very relaxing villa, with a cosy TV room and plenty of outside areas to eat or drink on 3 levels. We will return.

Une villa charmante bien aménagée dans un endroit calme et pourtant proche de toute l animation. Piscine auX dimensions parfaite 3 terrasses avec vie sur la piscine. Un barbecue en dur pour passer de bons moments. Proche de moraira une station qui a gardé un certain charme.

Lovely villa situated in nice and quiet area with short distance to a couple beautiful beaches of Moraira. Couple supermarkets within 5 km from residence. Large swimming pool was more than enough for my 2 champions :) Villa divided to to separate floors which give you privacy if you there is 2 families or like in my exemple my family + my mum and her fiancee :) all together very nice place to come over and chill or as a base camp for traveling around :) Short distance to Valencia and Alicante. Recommended A++
