Casa La Cancion is located on the coast of Benissa just 300 m from the Cala Pinets where you can find the ecological promenade that borders and offers wonderful views of the coast. At 500 m you will find wonderful natural Blue Flag beach La Fustera. By car it is advisable to visit Calpe, Altea, Moraira, Denia, Xabia which are very close to the sea and have the wonderful old towns with great shops and restaurants.
Villa is furnished to a high standard, has one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and smart toilet, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge with sofa bed, fast internet , smart TV. Dinning area is located on a covered terrace. Outside there are a private swimming pool, shower, barbeque area, garden plants and parking space with gate. You will find modern and comfortable outdoor furniture by the pool.
