The open floor plan living area has plenty of room for the family to spread out. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with TV and a ceiling fan. This condo has a King size bed in the master bedroom with a ceiling fan for added comfort, TV, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The hallway bathroom has been updated also and has a step-in shower. This condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to the US and Canada. The Holiday Villas II condo complex offers a secure elevator and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and a shower/rinse station. There are new (2020) HE washing machines in the coin laundry room on the same floor. There is charcoal and a gas grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or Skimmer bird colony. The quaint town of Indian Shores offers shops, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and a seabird sanctuary.
