Lätt, ljust och exceptionellt rent. Vårt hus är välskött, beläget 1 mil från Sunriver och 15 miles från Mt Bachelor and Bend. Hemmet har grundläggande kabel-TV, höghastighets trådlöst internet och Netflix och Hulu-abonnemang för våra gäster. Detta är den trevligaste fritidsbostaden i vårt grannskap. Vi är nära Mt. Bachelor, Sunriver, Bend och alla bekvämligheter de erbjuder.

Vårt hemplats sover 6 bekvämt. Det är mycket nära floden Deschutes, Sunriver Village och Mt. Ungkarl. Det välskötta, välfyllda köket har allt du behöver för matlagning och underhållning, vårt hem har luftkonditionering för sommaren och en eldstad för vintern. Snälla inga husdjur. Hej hastighet WiFi ingår i 3 smarta TV-apparater och ett Bose-ljudsystem av hög kvalitet. Vi har inga omedelbara grannar så känn dig fri att göra lite ljud. Vårt hem är barnvänligt. Hemmet ligger cirka 1000 meter från floden Deschutes. Vi har 2 fantastiska restauranger och en liten närbutik inom 800 fot. Det finns en privat båtlansering för gäster precis nedför gatan för klostransport till floden Deschutes. Cykla in och ut på sommaren med tillgång till Sunriver-cykelvägar och hundratals miles av Mt-cykelleder bara en mil bort. På vintern kan våra gäster snöskoter eller åka skidor ut ur uppfarten och komma åt alla preparerade spår i Deschutes Forest eller åka till Elk Lake Lodge för en varm drink eller lunch. Vi har SHARC rekreationskort tillgängliga för våra gäster, men vänligen fråga innan du gör din bokning om du vill att de ska avsättas för din grupp.

Det finns en fristående butik på en separat tomt intill hemmet som gästerna INTE har tillgång till. Uppfart och carport område i denna butik hyrs som en RV / släp plats. Om du vill reservera detta för dina vänner med husbilar / släp, vänligen fråga om priset per natt.

Observera också att det finns 2 mycket söta utomhuskatter som vandrar runt fastigheten. Katterna är inte tillåtna i huset och vi schamponerar mattorna regelbundet men om du är mycket allergisk mot djur kanske du vill överväga en annan egenskap. Tack!

Lovely home would stay again!

We had a great time at this cute little house! Everything was clean and as advertised. We usually stay on the Sunriver resort but it was a nice chance of pace to be just 3 min away, so quiet and peaceful.

Family trip

We were delighted with this property. It matched the description perfectly so we were not disappointed when we arrived. The SHARC pool passes were an extra bonus for us and greatly appreciated by my grandson.This property was meticulously cared for with well appointed rooms, well stocked bathrooms (including a bidet!) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. One thing that would make the bathrooms even better would be to add handrails in the showers. Because we are cat lovers, we were especially pleased to see that the cats in the garage actually existed and were quite friendly. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them about the fireplace issue which could not be resolved in the short time we were there. Overall, I would recommend this property in a quiet neighborhood.

The owners were super responsive to our requests and need. We had a really good stay. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. The only minor draw back was the house in in somewhat of a business area, of which I didn't realize when booking.

Surprise surprise!

Well we were aware they had cars although we're not aware of the lady that comes to take care of them. She just let herself into the garage. My husband was surprised very suddenly, went out to garage to find a strange lady rummaging around. Hmmmm, it also seems as if the owners business is in the shop at house. They were very noisy and stood on the property to make phone calls very early, yes surprise surprise! 😮

Property was well maintained, but dated. Modern and nice appliances and BBQ. Hard to get out of driveway due to complete roping off of adjacent shop area. Nice keyless entry system. Maximum of six renters allowed, but limited seating if you had six adults in your party. We enjoyed our three night stay.

Quiet-Private setting amongst the Trees!

We experienced 5-Star service in this beautiful home. The private setting provided views of trees and wildlife from the expansive kitchen/great-room. Only minutes from Mt Bachelor where enjoyed optimum snow conditions along with a bright sunny day. Thank you for the comfortable beds and excellent amenities!

Great property and wonderful time

Everything was seamless for us checking in and using the property. Quite area with lots of room. Property is a 15-20 min bike ride with kids in tow once you find the right paths to the village, SHARC or lodge. Had a wonderful stay at the property! Thank you!

Super clean and well stocked vacation home!

Our family of four had a great two day stay at this house in Sunriver. It was the cleanest property we have stayed in and had all the amenities needed. Extras like paper towels, trash bags, and a Kuerig with many coffee choices were appreciated. And Netflix was great for the kids at bedtime. All in all a great house.

Enjoyed our stay!

This property fit what we and another couple needed for a four night vacation. It’s quiet neighborhood, close proximity to the Sunriver Resort, blocks away from fishing access, nearby golf, and wonderful restaurants. It was very clean, well appointed, including a tv in each bedroom. One small complaint are the two queen beds are so high, I needed to find a footstool to get into the bed, I am 5’6”.

Great time in Sunriver

We loved this place! Blake was there when we arrived, so he gave us a quick tour of the place. It was in a perfect location and because it was not directly in Sunriver, we had plenty of privacy and serenity without all the bike traffic rolling by. It was close enough to the bike trails to pick them up in Sunriver so it was conveniently located. The house had plenty of room for the family to spread out and be comfortable. We even had two stray cats to keep us company. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to the next time we visit.
