2 room apartment (40m2), located in Paris's 18th district, 5 minutes walk from the Sacre Coeur garden in an old building, 4th floor without elevator, facing east and south, very bright.
18 rue de Clignancourt, this apartment is my usual place of residence. I am an artist and I like the color, this apartment is in my image, as you can see on the pictures. Renovated, it allows every comfort. House on quiet courtyard and not overlooked, lounge windows on street, it has a capacity of 4 real beds. Shops nearby as well as access to public transport.
Apartment equipped with an open kitchen including: 4 burners, oven, dishwasher, washer / dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer, household utensils (blender, coffee machine, etc ...) internet access Livebox (DVD available), WIFI, computer, television, books. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. Bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. Bedroom with 2 seats, storage closet. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer and linen and bath towels are provided. The important thing is that you feel comfortable and pleasant during your stay.

Adorable pied-a-terre

Serge’s apartment was perfect for our two week stay in Montmartre. Lots of little coffee shops, shops, and restaurants nearby and so close to Montmartre. Be aware, it is tough, getting heavy luggage up and down those stairs. Even without luggage, it can be tough getting up the stairs, depending on your age and fitness level!

Serge is a superb host

Serge's apartment is delightful, comfortable, well-equipped, conveniently located, and the building feels safe. Serge made checking in (and out) tres simple. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciate all the little touches and tips Serge provided. And climbing the stairs meant I was able to eat more treats. Pretty little oasis

The apartment is perfect located below the sacre coeur. It's nicely furnished and ideal for 3 to 4 people. It is also well equipped. The métro station can be reached in 5 min. foot walk. The code system for every door ist perfect so you cannot loose the key:-). All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and highly remmommend the apartment.

POSITIVT: Grei beliggenhet. Lite trafikkstøy i gatene. Grei størrelse på leiligheten for 4 netter. NEGATIVT: Konstant kloakklukt på badet. Dårlig støyisolering (sonoritet). Beboeren over romsterte til ca. kl. 02.30 på natten og beboerne ved siden av startet samtaler ca. kl. 05.00. All lyd slo igjennom.

First visit to Paris. One week stay.

Serge reached out to check for any questions or concerns prior to arrival. This was a nice touch. Instructions on how to use all the items in the home are in a binder. We decided on metro transportation from airport. This is a busy locals neighborhood. We would recommend taxi for coming to flat if this is your first time in Paris. Then, we used metro most of the time, as it is very close to two stations. Also a taxi station is at the base of the road. Across from grocery store, short walk to many restaurants and bars. Trinket shops just a few blocks away right below the Sacre Coeur. Must see Sacre Coeur at night. This unit had some evening noise, but was really clean and reasonable in cost. It is quite homey and spacious. The walk up is as mentioned four stories of winding stairs. We are not young and found it manageable. Having access to a washer was perfect. Pack light and use this option. Getting to and from most tourist areas was about 20 minutes via the metro. Also noticed that there are at least a dozen wedding/formal dress stores within a few blocks if this is something you are interested in. Pleased with the flat overall. Reached out to Serge for a few questions. He was very timely and responsive. Merci Serge!

A very nice place

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much: cosy and a well equipped. We appreciated this calm place to rest from the acticities in lively Paris. Mr. Barbagollo gave us all the necessary informations for the arrival and at the departure we were glad to meet him. Thank you very much!

A special apartment

The apartment is full of interesting and beautiful paintings on the walls. It was very clean and all the arrangements went smoothly. There is a good grocery store just across the street and Serge recommended us two good restaurants just a few minutes' walk from us. The street is very busy, so there was noise in the evening and at night, but Paris is a big city.

Quaint Parisian flat

Serges place was very artistically decorated. It had everything we needed in a great walkable location, close to markets, restaurants, Sacre Couer. We really liked having a true Parisian experience and Serge was very helpful and we enjoyed the flat.

Our host Serge, who speaks excellent English, was of great help when our cell phone was lost/stolen. Highest recommendations for him and for his flat, which is directly across the street from a major super market.

Great location , minutes away from Monmatre and metro

We stayed for 3 nights at the property, 1 of those was unplanned . The owner is a very nice man , he was very responsive and very accommodating for us . The location was very convenient . It was easy to Uber anywhere we needed to go . The apartment is in a very old building and is quite small . It was fine for us for our short stay . But should we have stayed longer, we would have needed larger apartment for four of us . Overall , we had a good experience .

Magnificent!

We had a very nice stay at Serge's cosy appartment. Well equipped kitchen, even a dishwasher! We did feel ourselves at home and at rest after a full day walking through Paris. Serge is very pleasant en quick in communication, a real host. Appartment situated almost next to the Sacre Coeur, supermarkts nearby, plenty of restaurants and take-aways. And don't forget the metro at the corner. We would surely recommend this appartment. Serge, thx for letting us stay! You made Paris extra special to my wife, son and myself!

Charming place with lots of personality

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very spacious for two people, and very bright and colorful. It had everything we needed to make our stay in Paris everything we hoped for. It's conveniently located across the street from a large supermarket and easy access to the metro. Our host was very accommodating to our arrival and departure.

Colorful and warm

This is a well kept and very cosy flat, distinguished by the owners artwork on the walls and colorful display of textile, artifacts and utensils. We found everything tidy and prepared upon arrival, and with visible instructions about wifi, kitchen machinery etc. Coffe, tea and sugar were readily available for us, and there were several grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. Everything worked well and we had a very good time, feeling relaxed and at home. The owner is superfriendly and available online for any question one might have.

Perfect stay

The apartment was perfect for our last few days in France. It was within a short walking distance to the metro, great restaurants, a grocery store, and Sacre Coeur. The apartment was immaculately clean, and Serge was the perfect host. He met us at the apartment and took time to show us everything we would need in order to make our stay comfortable. It is very apparent that Serge takes pride in his apartment and in making certain that his guests feel at home. We would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Fantastic

Serge was a wonderful host he was very responsive, helpful, and very nice. The apt was is in the perfect location if you want to feel like a part of Paris and not a tourist. Everything is at your finger tips grocery store, cafes, and of course very good restaurants. The Apt was clean and had everything we needed. Real Parisian Apartment

Our family of 4 stayed very comfortably in this one bedroom apartment. Great location for seeing the city and to live like a local. Everything you need is on the street or a short walk. The apartment was clean and had what we needed for a great visit to Paris.

It has been 20 years since I live in this district. I like this place because it is alive, (bars, restaurants, ballads garden of the Sacré-Coeur, the Parisian bakery, the museum). The supermarket is at the foot of the building, You are in the district of Montmartre, beautiful ballads on foot from the apartment to visit the Sacré-Coeur, the place( du Tertre, Pigalle, the Moulin-Rouge, the vineyards(vines) of Montmartre.
