It was missing a few basics no dish soap very little body wash, no hand towels or floor mats. There should be some kind of book explaining how to operate the stove and instructions for checking out.

Week away in Central Paris

Great location with access to several metro lines and easily walkable to Sacré-Cœur and Gare du Nord. Appartment was exactly as advertised and suitable for two adults and two children. Overall marking dropped to 4 stars only due to how quickly the appartment became a sauna during the heat wave Paris was experiencing during our visit. With the doors open and the fan on the apartment cooled down well but due to ground floor location windows and doors had to be closed over night. Lovely cafes and bakeries a few minutes away.

In the Opera District

Erik's Apartment is in the Opera district midway between the Opera Hall and the base of Montmartre. It is a 5 minute walk from the Cadet metro stop. It is clean, safe and in a great location.

Excellent spot to explore Paris from

This apartment is even better than it appears in the pictures. Stylishly refurbished and with a lovely outdoors area, it is a peaceful bolthole in a lovely area of Paris. It is close to the major attraction and the neighbour feels friendly, safe and fun.

Lovely Stay

The property was in the cutest, safe neighborhood. It was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay. It was easy to get to anywhere including the train station and the louvre. Eric was excellent with communication and was nothing but kind.

Once in the courtyard, the hustle, bustle & city noise goes away! Easy walk to Gare du nord and the Montmartre area. Beds are comfy...but bring your tp & tissues!!

Wonderful Montmartre neighborhood

Good location-walkable and close to Metro stations, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, very quiet. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The front room is equipped with a trundle bed-good to serve two more people, but not comfortable to sit on and relax. This apartment is small, but the space is well used. We would stay here again

Cute place super well located

This place is very well located. We were able to get there walking from the train station. We walked mostly everywhere. Super convenient location. Perfect for 4 people. Erick is very responsive and is able to help anytime. We did enjoy a lot our stay in this apartment while visiting Paris! Thank you so much

Great apartment, great location.

The place is perfect and located in a nice area (rue des Martyrs is very lively with lots of food stores and restaurants). The courtyard with the table and chairs is lovely and great for a coffee or a drink. The beds are comfortable and the place was clean. The only problem we had was with the check-in as the code we were given was wrong and it took a long time to get a hold of the manager (a one time problem most likely). Apart from that it was exactly what we needed and I would stay there again.

Really enjoyed the neighborhood. 10 minute walk to several Metro stations. Very quiet area. The best bread/pastrie shop 2 blocks away. Laundry place 3 doors away from outside door. Many dining options close by. If you like walking, we walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge. About 5 blocks away is a really nice street market with lots of fresh veggies, fruit, meats. Nice

Good location, but…

We had 6 nights here and found the bed comfortable. The bedroom doesn’t have a window, the toilet opens directly from the bedroom and shower has a glass door directly off the bedroom. Extra towels and somewhere to hand them would be good. The apartment is in a good position for exploring Paris and there are a couple of Metro stations nearby. It would be helpful if there were maps and Metro maps and some basic information. We will not stay here next time we visit Paris.

We absolutely loved the location of the apartment. Having a shared courtyard made it easy to chat to the neighbours and there was always someone sitting in the central tables enjoying the sunshine. Although the apartment was petit it was well thought out and everything had its place. It was well equipped and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the location is perfect for exploring Paris. It’s quiet within the apartment complex but once you step outside onto the street the atmosphere is busy and full of character. We didn’t want to leave.

Paris apartment

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - but arriving late at night and I found once the taxi dropped me off the apartment was a little hard to find - no light lit up the key pad to enter and then once inside there was no number on the apartment to know which was number 5. Also getting the key to work in the door (I found) difficult and on leaving the next morning I did not know you had to lift the handle to lock the door. All that said I found the apartment very cute, clean, quiet and very centrally located. Kaye.
