Denne utrolige viktorianske bygning i 1920 er en enkelt familie hjem fuldstændig renoveret, 3 historier med 5/6 soveværelser 3 badeværelser. PLACERING, PLUS, 1 blokke til strand og brædder. Dette hjem har 3 etager boligareal, en stor privat indhegnet baggård og off street parkering (to kørsler) til 8 biler. Første sal består af en stor åben veranda, stor stue, spisestue, fuldt udstyret køkken, master king size soveværelse, fuld bad og vaskerum. Anden etage har 2 store soveværelser 1 dronning og 1 med 2 twin over doulbles, fuld bad og stue, der går mod et soveværelse og et andet fuldt udstyret køkken med dæk, der fører til indhegnet baggård. . Beach Getaway

We had a lovely time in Deb’s property! The house is exactly like the video she created, and there was so much room for everyone. It is so close to the boardwalk which was perfect. Deb is also a great host and was very easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location close to beach

We had a great time at the house. We love Wildwood and wanted a final stay before it got too cold. The house was very big with enough space to accommodate my sister and I plus 8 kids, with room to spare! The appliances could stand updating, but everything else was great!

3 generations had a blast here!

Perfect location for our family vacation. If you want to be near the beach and boardwalk this place is great. We really enjoyed the large porch snd comfortable seating there. Even if it rained we could be outside. Little birds sang to us as we sipped our coffee.

Nice house, great location

The pictures online sell this house short - it's a very nice house. The rooms are all clean and nice, the dual kitchens are great, the backyard is fantastic. Of course, the proximity to the beach (1.5 blocks) is the real selling point, but the house is great too

Large home with every need!

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. I booked a trip for my girlfriends birthday and all of our friends joined us. We had a great time with all of the local attractions within walking distance. The house itself was spacious, clean, and accommodating to our ever need and then some. I plan on vacationing here for our future visits!

Great way to end the sunny summer at Wildwood Beach

Great location, the house is two blocks off the boardwalk with excellent sidewalks and beach wagons in the shed to help carry all the beach paraphernalia. The sidewalk goes under the boardwalk and onto the beach with showers ready with warm water to wash off sandy feet. The Wildwood beach is great for families with small children, blocks of freshly cleaned sand and a long distance in the water before the ocean becomes deep. Lifeguards every block. Families honored a separation area for each group because of the Covid virus. On the boardwalk, all stores and restaurants required masks for entry. Great backyard, enclosed on all three sides for privacy and children security, with a clothesline, barbecue which we used for burgers, three picnic tables (lots of takeout of shrimp and pizza and crabs), a hose, extra fun beach stuff in the shed like beach toys and boards and chairs. Enough space for three family groups, we put one on each floor, the extra kitchen was super and lots of new dishes and fancy glasses for fun beach drinks, dishwashers were great in both kitchens and the laundry was used frequently with our five little children. Lots of TV's and internet availability was super. Lots of towels ready for using. When we arrived the house was spotless.

This house is very nice and clean, plenty of bedrooms and great location to the beach.

Was easy to find on VRBO and easy to get in touch with the managers/owners. I have never rented this way before and was a little shocked by all the extra fees when all was said and done. But we had a great time here in Wildwood.

The most amazing place !! What a wonderful time!

This host deborah was so awesome she had this home in pristine condition. This home is so close to the beach you can hear the seacoast and the waves crash while sitting on your front porch and enjoying family time. The layout is absolutely perfect with two kitchens plenty a room for my family and a very large living room that all 16 of us could sit and talk at the same time. The yard is great it’s a private with a large fenced in backyard with gas grill with the back up gas tank is doing our barbecuing leave right now to gas and of course deborah had to supply an extra gas tank. There’s parking for eight cars where do you get a house that has a cars but this house is amazing. I’ve stayed many places but I must say this is by far the best! If you get a chance to go with your family do not hesitate it’s more than you can imagine! Thank you thank you thank you for such a wonderful vacation we loved it we will return next year!!!!

A memorable home away !

The home is beautiful with all the features and amenities to make your get away memorable. The owner was easily reachable and communicated via both phone call and text. The owner is one of the few who had reasonable price and everything stated clearly in the agreement, as we stayed for two nights over the New Year's eve long weekend. The home has 5 bed rooms and a big living room and kitchen.It has several kids games, books, DVDs, VCDs, etc. The property is close to beach and board walk. This was second home away with the ownner and the experience was great. Everyone liked the property and the neighborhood is beautiful. The description about the property from the owner is accurate. The owner was generous to accommodate us for a longer time and agreed on late check out. We definitely plan to go back late this summer . A 5 star experience. Thanks Deb!

Great rental for the whole family!

Owner, Deborah, was wonderful to deal with from booking to the return of our security deposit. She answered my text messages promptly, even during our stay. The house was large, clean and comfortable. We had three generations of family sharing the house, and there was enough room to spend time together or apart! Location was perfect -- a short walk to the beach and boardwalk -- but in a quiet area of North Wildwood. Spent a lot of time relaxing on the big front porch and eating around the large dining room table. Only reason for the 4 stars is that the top bunks were noisy when someone turns over. Otherwise, a definite 5 stars.

Beautiful House and Wonderful Host

I stayed here with a group of 10 friends at the beginning of the summer. Deb was a great host and made it so easy to coordinate our stay. She was very accessible via phone, text, or email and quickly answered all of my questions. Additionally, the house itself is beautiful. The rooms were spacious and our group was very comfortable, especially when we gathered in the dining area or living room area. Lastly, the boardwalk is very close and is a very short walk from the house. We also enjoyed time at a park, which was less than a mile away. Overall, it was a pleasure speaking with Deb and staying at her lovely home. I would definitely love to coordinate another trip to the area and look forward to hopefully staying in another one of Deb's properties!

Great location! Great house!

My stay at this house was fantastic! The house is close to the beach and the boardwalk. The house was perfect for my family, loved the front porch and the fenced in yard. My grandchildren had a blast. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We will be returning again in 2018. Don't miss out on this great house!

My husband and I always wanted a home at the Jersey Shore. In 1999 we had the opportunity to purchase a condo in Ocean City N.J. We were unable to stay in the home as we needed to rent it to pay its mortgage. So that is what we did for a year or so. We would drive down and check on it every month and if we went to the shore for the day we would always drive back home because we did not have a place or could afford a place to stay. In 2001 the market went crazy and we were offer double for what we paid for this condo it we would sell it. We thought about it and then we said SELL. We took the money that we made and bought 2 homes both in Ocean City, We rented both of them and sold one 2 years later and bought a home in Wildwood Crest, We did this buying and selling for some time and purchased over 17 home in the Jersey Shore. We than decided we did not want any more condo's or townhomes we wanted to own the ground and purchase older charming homes. So in 2004, we bought our lovely 1906 6 br home on 19 th ave in North Wildwood, 2005 we bought our 13 br home on 20 th ave, 2006 we bought our single family on 22nd ave and in 2007 we bought the beautiful brick and br guest cottage on Taylor ave in Wildwood. It has been a real blessing to have been in the right place at the right time. God surely has blessed us that is for sure. We have beautiful well maintained homes that always have a renovation each year. We have many repeat guests that have been coming back to the same home for years and years. We pride ourself in large family vacations home and pay close attention to every detail of the home and the grounds while providing our guests with all the comforts of home. This home is a rare find, it has all amenities of your home but it a rental. We take pride in our homes and go the extra mile to assure it is clean and cozy! TRUST ME WE ARE ON OUR HANDS AND KNEES CLEANING OUR HOMES WITH A CREW TO BE CONFIDENT IT WILL BE PERFECT FOR YOU!!!! One of the Unique aspects of this property is that it has two driveways with can provide parking for 8-9 cars!
We have a fully fenced in back yard . Outside shower and a gas grill with back up tanks. In addition, we have an unlocked shed full of beach carts, chai, wagons and beach toys complimentary for you to use during your stay.
The location is just perfect. Located on 22 nd and Surf Ave just one block away from Seaport pier and close to the mariner amusement pier. This home is just a block away from the beach and the boardwalk.
If you have a large family and wish to also have your own space this is the home for you.
