We really enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely stay here again! The condo itself was great… clean, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was that the locks on the balcony doors were broken, which was stressful with two small kids. The resort staff also patrols the pool area very seriously and are extremely strict about no kids in the hot tub, which is understandable, but the splash pad water was freezing cold so that limited options for little ones. Maybe it warms up in the summer but it’s completely shaded so I can’t imagine it getting a lot of warmth from the sun. we had a wonderful stay and made lots of great family memories here!

We make the best of what we get... The place was good and fit us well. No problems with the condo, that management did not see to fixing quickly. (minor things, like light bulbs, etc. However, my pause for the future booking of Splash is the inability to enforce the no smoking policy. We were over whelmed by the smell of pot on our balconies and then into our room. So bad!! We informed staff multiple time but it did not stop.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to the issues with the resort enforcement of the no smoking policy. We understand how disruptive it can be to have the smell of smoke from another condo enter your living space from the balcony door, and we truly regret that this impacted your stay. We always ask our guests to keep balcony doors closed when not being used for access to and from the balcony.

Condo was great for families. We really enjoyed our stay. You can tell it is a well loved unit by families with kids. The childproof balcony locks were damaged but our kids knew they must have an adult to go out. We've stayed at Splash before but in smaller units. I loved this being a corner unit with a large balcony. We would stay here again!

Amazing location and beautiful condo setup. Really can't beat the views, beach and amenities. As other reviewers noted, the condo could use a deep clean and elevators can be slow in peak times. But I recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Cute condo with perfect layout

The layout of the condo is perfect for 2 families! We were not super impressed with the cleanliness when we arrived. The resort itself was very accomodating for the range of ages of children we had with us. Elevators were slow on peak time (4-6) only on the weekend. Otherwise, very doable for the size of the resort. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed 8 days and was overall satisfied with the stay. There was sand in the beds when we arrived and all over the floors so we had to clean ourselves.

In general I will say the property is in good location, but the place is old. The is obvious that was done some improvements, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, the living room furniture was old and unclean. You cannot enjoy sitting in the living room, for kids sleeping place, is not bedroom, there is not a door and it is noisy because closed to air condition units. I would not like to rent this condo again.

Great Resort and great location

We were there for 7 nights and it was perfect! Amazing condo with a huge balcony right on the beach! My 5 and 7 year old loved the resort and what it offered. They lived the kids slides and the lazy river.
