Welcome to Splash 407 West. This unit is on the 4th floor in the West Tower.

This is a beautiful corner balcony unit with panoramic views of the Gulf and the beach. It has been newly redecorated. Both king bedroom suites and the living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The unit sleeps up to 8. It has two King mattresses, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk area with two twin size mattresses. We are now accepting bookings!

Splash Resort located in Panama City Beach which was designed with a unique Caribbean look that is sure to charm. Splash is loaded with amenities including over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, two distinct water park environments, full fitness center, island style Beach Bar & Grill, and, opening soon, an on-site Hook'd restaurant location. The kids love the Interactive water toys, and the adults enjoy floating down the lazy river pool....it's all here at this Disney-like resort.

Splash had been rated as one of the top fifteen new beach resorts in "Florida Travel & Leisure Magazine" and is perfect for adults and kids of all ages.

Super clean and beautiful place to say by the beach. I preferred staying in this unit because you could use the stairs if needed because the elevators can kind of take forever. They had a pack n play and a high chair. My kids loved it. Overall we had a great time and we will be back! Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean and beautifully decorated condo. We stay at splash every year and this was by far our favorite unit. The owner even called during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. I recommend this unit 100%!

Beautiful Condo with amazing hosts!

This is one of the cleanest most well appointed Condos I have ever stayed in. Paul and Julie were such great hosts. Great communication. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We will be back.

Spacious Condo Great Location

This was our first stay at Splash and we absolutely loved it. The condo owners were very helpful with any questions we had before booking. The condo was nicely decorated and the balcony was huge. We enjoyed the amenities that both the room offered as well as the many pools and beach services. We will definitely stay again. It was the perfect condo for our extended family trip as it offered spaces for grandparents, parents, and kids and everyone felt like they had their own space.

This condo is absolutely beautiful—we truly don’t want to leave! We’re so grateful for all the thoughtful details you put into making this space so welcoming. It’s been such a restful and relaxing trip for all of us. We’ve already decided we have to book this condo again next year when we come down for Nationals! Home away from home!

If you’re looking for a clean, family friendly condo to stay in, THIS IS IT! Our family stayed the last week of May and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was clean, organized and well thought of. We had clear instructions and great communication with the host. This is our second time staying at splash resort but will not be our last staying in this exact condo. Compared to the one we stayed in two years ago, this condo is night and day. Do not hesitate to book this condo, I promise you won’t regret it! Thanks Paul and Julie for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!

Roomy and beautifully decorated

I took my 2 granddaughters, ages 6 and 11, and we had a great time! There was plenty of room, the beds are nice and high and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were close to the elevators so it was a convenient location and the elevators could not be heard from the condo. The owners were super communicative and provided all the info we needed.
