The house was PERFECT! Has everything you need. Spaces were set up perfectly for families. I especially loved the sparkly ceilings!

The house was very comfortable for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans etc. the only thing we couldn’t find was a can opener. The boat launch was close and docking easy. Plenty of seats inside and out.

Great house. Not happy a sprinkler head was being changed when everyone was arriving and Jeff the handyman parked so that arriving people had to park in the street.Bathroom door handle needs to be addressed garage lights need to be addressed and no pantry for food supplies.Those are minor. It was wonderful overall.

This house was perfect for our baseball tournament trip. It’s located in a safe, convenient neighborhood with all the amenities you could ask for. The home is spacious with a great pool and canal access. Home owners have everything you can think of from fishing poles, beach gear to blackstone grill. I really appreciate the short notice to extend our stay giving us time to pack up. Highly recommend and would book here again. Thank you so much!

The host was great, she was very attentive and responded quickly. The home is a little dated and is ok. We brought the boat and the ride to the river was short and exactly what we were looking for. There is plenty of room for yourself and family.

Loved the house, plenty of room for a large party. Griddle was great to use. Kids loved the pool. Kids also caught fish in the canal on high tide. Would definitely stay again

Family vacation

The home is nice. Older home with some updated rooms. Only 2 bathrooms and with kids , we should have noticed that. There is an extra bedroom with 2 large beds but no bathroom. We did find 2 small dead roaches in the kitchen and a small dying roach in a kitchen drawer. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms and again with kids that does make a difference. The beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked GREAT. My biggest issue was the refrigerator never got really cold so our drinks weren't ice cold. We ended up purchasing ice abs kept them in a cooler. The outdoor area is very nice. Good size pool. My family fished from the dock area and spent a lot of time out there. The only inside TV is in the family room/game room. There is a TV outside on the lanai as well as a pick nick style table. The Blackstone worked GREAT!! WE M We utilized that every night. Not sure if the owners know tge is a neighbor a few doors down whose grass clippings get blown into the canal and the clippings never moved from the water in front of this dock and boatslip area. This did make fishing a little more difficult. This home kids located on the end of a canal and the ridal water doesn't really flush irself out very well. So any trash or debri stays there. Overall, it was a good trip.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!

My wife, two daughters, and my parents decided to take a last-minute vacation to Cape Coral. We messaged the property owner 24 hours before our arrival. She was extremely accommodating and rolled out the red carpet for us. Upon our arrival, we found the property to be extremely clean And as advertised. I was shocked at the cleanliness of the pool. It was amazing. While we were there, we had lots we wanted to do, but we were enjoying the house so much. We spent a lot of time just hanging out by the pool. I would highly recommend this property and my family and I will definitely be back.

Family spring break vacation

Our group included grandkids, parents and grandparents. The property was spacious enough to accommodate our large group of 12. Two living areas and 2 dining areas made that possible and another covered area next to the pool gave us ample room to spread out during the day. 5 separate bedrooms provided privacy at night. Also, 3 tvs, the swimming pool, and fishing/ sun lounging off the dock provided many activities when we were at the property. Many restaurants were available a short distance away. All in all it was a great place for a larger family getaway.

My family and I loved the place. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is definitely it. The hosts were awesome and helpful. My family and I are definitely coming back here the next time we visit Fort Mayers.

Cold pool and couldn’t pay extra for heat

Ok first gripe is they wouldn’t extend us to pay extra for pool heat as we have done in the past but didn’t have a problem charging a 100 to check in 4 hours early. The water level of the pool was low and the pool tech who came on Tuesday didn’t pick up on it and just not a pleasant stay with 4 kids who intent was to swimThe blackstone grill was nice except it was supplied with 2 empty propane tanksThe house only has 2 bathroomsThe hostess super responsiveThe home is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to findThe canal leads right to the river and about 30 minutes by boatFishing was slow due to the weather change A lot of damage from the hurricane to surrounding properties The pool heat was a sore spot for us due to it not reaching the 85 Would be a perfect Just not in the winter months

We love the close access to all the beaches and everything that is available in the Cape. We love that it sits on the water. We don't have to go under any bridges or worry about the tide with this home as it has direct gulf access.

It's a nice clean property with great customer service. Great access to Veterans bridge to get to Fort Myers and all the stadiums.
