*Occupants: Sleeps 12 in Beds (4 King Beds, 2 Full Size Beds). Names and ages of all occupants are be required on rental agreement-Minimum rental age is 28.

If possible, please begin your stay on a Saturday- most people book Saturday check-in with Saturday morning departure.

HomeAway/VRBO charges me an international processing fee if applicable (2%). This fees will be deducted from your deposit if you are booking from overseas. The deposit is used for any damage to the home, additional fees and excessive electrical usage.

****Electrical Allowance is $9.50 per day (March thru Nov) and $11.50 per day (December thru February)- This should cover most rentals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “On Island Time”! Mike was wonderful to work with. He responded to messages very quickly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience for our families. The kids spent many hours in the pool and we all enjoyed time relaxing in the spa! The house is set up perfect for 10-12 people. We had plenty of room for our 2 families, including 4 adults and 6 children. Having 3 bathrooms was also nice! We caught fish right off the dock in the canal and also rented a pontoon to fish other areas of the canal. We were sad when our time there ended! We highly recommend staying there! You’ll be very pleased with your decision!
