In detail :

Located along the road leading to the beach, the accommodation offered is a small one-room apartment of 25m² + balcony; it consists of a living room / kitchenette with television, radio, hob, fridge and oven / microwave combination. The kitchen necessities are obviously made available.
The bedroom is equipped with twin beds which can be kept separate or combined into a double bed; bedding is provided in both cases. The bathroom, accessible from the bedroom, has a shower, sink and toilet as well as large shelves for toiletries.
The apartment has plenty of storage for long stays or busy travelers.
Rabanes await you for the sandy outings.

The beach is 100m below while the small shops (bakery, butcher, tobacconist, mini-market, etc.) are 200m higher.


For reasons of availability, the reception of travelers (arrival and departure) is between 8h and 19h.


The district called "de la Corniche" borders the city beaches; effervescent in summer, it offers several kilometers of sand between the sea and the Etang de Thau, each beach offering its atmosphere, as well as a shopping street for all daily needs. For amateurs, a casino is located 150m from the apartment. The neighborhood is welcoming and very well connected to the city for more urban activities.

A bus line leaves from the station and stops 150m upstream from the apartment; all you have to do is let yourself go down towards the sea. This same bus serves the port and the city center.


The city of Sète is full of diverse and varied activities outside the beaches: Sea Theater, Paul Valéry Museum, International Museum of Modest Arts, annual games, canoe ride along the canals, mini-hike to the top of the Mont Saint-Clair (panoramic view), etc.

For lovers of iodized products, Sète is a fishing port and the fish is therefore very fresh. The oysters in the Thau lake also have an excellent reputation.


It goes without saying that the apartment is to be returned in the state of cleanliness and functioning in which it will have been found. Although cleaning is done after each departure, please take the time to put away the dishes, take out the trash and, if possible, collect your sheets.
Furthermore, with the exception of goldfish turning wisely in their bowl, animals are not allowed.
Finally, our smoking friends will find refuge on the balcony but it is requested not to light cigarettes inside the apartment.
