G613 is a cute coastal redo with cozy vibe! The owner just replaced all of the furniture, rug and flooring. This unit is a one bedroom condo located on the 1st floor of Gearhart House. The main bedroom has a King bed, there is not a sofa bed. TV and DVD player. Woodstove for those chilly coastal nights. Steps to the beach. Private deck. Bathroom has a new ADA power flush toilet, grab bar and tall counter/sink.

This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Close to beach, there was exterior work during the day that did not allow sleeping in late, very noise and not relaxing.

Great Location

The location of this condo is great. It is easy to go to Astoria or Seaside and Cannon beach. Most of the condo is good, but the shower was very old and needs to be replaced. The unit needed a thorough cleaning. The chairs in the living room need to be replaced. Overall a good value. The pool looks ok but the hot tub looked dirty we didn’t know if it was stained or dirty, so we didn’t use either.
