It sounds like you enjoyed the cabin and the views. We are so glad all our emails about the cabin and the area were helpful. I am trying to understand what you are referring to when you say hotel cleanliness of beds. I looked it up on the Internet and we absolutely follow the same procedures as a hotel would. Our cleaners take away all the linens when they clean and bring fresh linens. All our mattresses and pillows have zippered protectors. This is the first I am hearing of any issues with cleanliness of the beds. I don't have a text or email from you about the beds. Had you said something while you were there, we definitely would have sent someone out to fix whatever issue you had. It's been almost two weeks since you stayed. If there was any kind of issue, we would have liked to have addressed it before the next guests arrived. Our cleaners are very good and take pride in their work. I can't imagine what could have been the issue. Some people feel that we should use white sheets. I prefer a little color. I think it gives the place a more homey feel. We feel our cabins are cleaner than hotel rooms.

We too love the location of Legacy Mountain Resort. It is located near the back roads. You can be just about anywhere in about 20 minutes without going on the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

There is a sturdy staggered ladder to the loft. It takes a getting used to. But, it is very sturdy and the loft has a real neat feel to it. Our young adults love having their own little space. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

The location of Legacy Mountain Resort is one of the top reasons we chose to purchase our vacation home in Legacy. We love the way it is very close to the back roads so you can be in Gatlinburg Arts and Craft Community in no time. It's also very close to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. We too love the view. When we were looking for our vacation home in the Smoky Mountains and we saw Legacy Mountain Resort, we knew where we wanted to buy. The roadways are wide, paved and well maintained; the location is ideal for getting anywhere you want to be in no time and the views are breathtaking.
