Great Time

The condo was nice. But there was to many rules. You pay a cleaning fee but in reality you clean your condo or you get a fee. Also you have to turn in your wrist bands for the pool or your charged a fee of 25 dollars per wrist band. You have to vacuum the condo. We will not be back to this condo. Also the pools are very small and you have to park across the street which was very inconvenient especially with children.Also we booked with Owners Direct and they text you constantly wanting to know when and what time you are leaving which was annoying. We will definitely go another route next year.

Great Place for a Family to Stay

This was the perfect location for a family to stay. The view is gorgeous and the walk to the beach was so easy. Being on the first floor was wonderful, no waiting for the elevator. The property manager was so helpful from the moment we booked the stay. All directions were clear and communication was awesome. The parking can be tricky but not enough to make us not want to stay again.

Right on the beach. The pools were heated. The place was pretty quiet. Very clean. It was so nice we are considering buying a condo there.

Family vacation

The only issue was the lazy river had a lot of bugs on top of the water like it hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise everything else was great! Condo was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

Took my family on a beach trip to the east coast for my 90 year old grandfather. He wanted to see the ocean one more time in his lifetime. This trip was very special. Don’t recommend being on the first floor. I chose the first floor for my 88 year old grandmother that is scared of heights. Overall, the room was pretty clean, and location was great. Check-in and check out were a little more taskful than I was used to just being that I had to go somewhere other than the condo to pick up a binder with pool passes and parking hangers. Then, had to go back on another day to finish registration due to us checking in on a Saturday after hours. Lastly, having to keep up with 10 rubber wristbands to turn back in was challenging for some reason with kids. Like I said, it wasn’t terrible I just wasn’t used to having to do a true check in and check out in a while. I highly recommend this unit! Lots of space and plenty of room with great ocean views.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect oceanfront spot for our large family, including our adult children and their spouses and our grandkids. This 4 bedroom end unit had plenty of space and was conveniently located for our group. While it is listed on the first floor, it is actually up one level (because the owners' garage is beneath it on the ground floor) giving us great ocean, beach, and pool views from both inside the unit and from the very large balcony. This is an end unit which we liked for a few reasons. First, it has windows in the dining area as well as in two of the bedrooms that you would not have in an interior unit. Second, just outside our door was a stairway that went down one level to the ground level and the pool entrance and beach walk. This was great for the small children in our family going to and from the beach and pool, and allowed us to avoid walking down to the elevators every time we wanted to leave the unit. The kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything we needed for cooking and dining, including an unbelievable amount of plates, glasses, utensils (for eating and cooking), and small appliances. The check in staff was awesome to deal with, especially Leila. Additionally, there was a great ice cream shop, beach supply shop, and restaurant right across the street, and a mini golf place within walking distance. Overall, we had a great experience beyond our expectations.

As others have mentioned the keys were a little tricky at times and the doors were heavy to maneuver. Loved the location. We didn’t have any issues with noise. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend this place for family’s and groups.

Great location near many attractions and restaurants. The beach right in front of you and well maintained. Grandbabies loved the ocean and the beach was not crowded.

It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and decorated nicely. We liked being on the first floor with easy access to the stairwell down to the pool.Two recommendations: 1.a flat panel LED light in the kitchen would really brighten up the space. It's a bit dim now. 2.We are used to sleeping on a firm mattress. The king size mattress is very soft and for us was uncomfortable.

Reviewer Comments: Lela was awesome to work with; however, the young lady that we first encountered Saturday not so much. Very unprofessional attire, baseball cap and a rather flippant attitude about our checking in; however when we went back the 2nd time, the ladies at that time were very accomodating and helpful!The accomodations were for the most part very clean; altho there was a lot of dust under the bed and dressers. (We knew this because out little 4 yr old g-daughter was playing hide and seek and came out all dusty from under the bed!)The location couldn't have been better...first floor and very accessible to the pools and beach.All in all, we were pleased with our stay (with the exception of the 2 minor items recalled). We would definitely recommend ODVR to friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great, said 1st floor but you had to take elevator to 1st floor the parking garage was ground level. Not a problem for our unit 112 because the stairs were right outside our door, only 2 flights and you were at the pool. Everything with the condo was fine except for a 4 bedroom there weren't enough paper products like paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid etc, really just enough to get you through day 1. The plugs in the master were loose, hair dryer would fall out if not careful. We didn't grill but they were doing maintenance the whole week on the grill right by the hot tub. Pools were nice, shaded in the afternoon. There was no bathroom by the indoor pool, you had to go back to your condo or outside t bathhouse by the beach. Lots to do, you have to try Bearfoot Landing. Music on main was fun too, you can bring a cooler and your chairs and list to the music. Ice cream shop and mini mart within walking distance, We will definitely be back!

Girls trip getaway

Great condo with plenty of room for our whole group. The location was amazing with a restaurant next door and a place across the road to get corn dogs, ice cream and other great snacks. We didn’t have to get in our cars for anything! Dining room seated everyone and with 6 beds there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: The location is great as it's within walking distance of a covienience store, Irish bar/pub, Ice-cream/snack store and souvenir/beach supply shop. The parking garage is across the street and is not good for larger vehicles but there is an overflow lot behind the garage that can be used. The rental itself was fair. Fairly stocked/clean. The trash chute is directly across the hall which is convenient. The pool was clean but on the small side. The gym is in the N building. This is not a code access door so don't forget to keep a key with you! Also, don't forget to return your parking passes when you check out ( I did and had to mail back).
