Past guests have encountered numerous fines(by the Master Association) for speeding within the Las Vegas Country Club. We can not emphasize enough that speeding is highly monitored and highly cited by the Master Association.

NO SPEEDING The speed limit is 20 MPH in the Country Club ($$FINES for speeding are $150 to $1000 for speeding violation citations, by Master HOA at 25mph and above) HOA is VERY STRICT.
This also includes your Guests, Taxis and Ride share drivers. Please advise your drivers to not speed.

You will be charged the $fine through VRBO, if the results of the Hearing result in any difference in the amount charged, then the additional amount will be charged through VRBO or refunded if less.

How to prevent fines:
Please Do Not Speed. Anything above 25mph, before or after the speed cameras, you will get a speeding violation citation from the Master Association. This include all guests and drivers to your unit.

accommodation/complex great! host was gracious- weather should/could have bee hotter but -o well! only dislike was the amount of pet owners in complex- always walking by on the perimeter of golf course and not always cleaning up. otherwise would come back-thanks Trish

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO accommodation, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I booked, the communication with the host was flawless, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The amenities provided were exceptional. The accommodation was beautifully furnished and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The cozy living area was perfect for relaxation, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the high-speed internet connection was reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The location of the VRBO was ideal. It was conveniently situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. This made exploring the city a breeze, as I could quickly reach all the major attractions and popular destinations.
