UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN. Esta casa adosada en la playa en particular está convenientemente en la parte delantera del complejo y ofrece VISTAS AL GOLFO desde el dormitorio principal delantero y fácil acceso a la playa (a menos de un minuto a pie) y la piscina. No hay ascensores para meterse aquí! Simplemente estacione su vehículo y camine directamente.

Esta unidad de esquina ofrece un plano de planta abierto con mucha luz natural de las ventanas laterales adicionales. La sala de estar es vibrante y acogedora con sofás acogedores centrados alrededor de un televisor de pantalla plana y con baldosas. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio desde la sala de estar conducen al porche delantero para proporcionar un fácil acceso a la piscina.
La cocina fue completamente actualizada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y completamente equipada para el disfrute de los huéspedes.

Quiet and Beach Convenient

The three of us truly enjoyed our time at 16. Neighbors were friendly and helphul on where to dine affordably. Easy access to the private beach, which is a big plus. Pool swimmers were gone by 10pm. We recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Gulf Winds East. Quick communication with the host. The closest and easiest walk to the beach that we’ve ever had. The pool was always kept nice and clean. The other families at the condo were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place.

The place was awsome and very convenient for me and my family. Beach was only about a 3 minute walk and every thing we needed was very close such as shopping centers family fun activities, and restaurants. Would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Destin.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation - walk to the beach right across the street, or hop in the pool right out the back door. The home was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had excellent cookware which is always a big deal for me. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
