The three of us truly enjoyed our time at 16. Neighbors were friendly and helphul on where to dine affordably. Easy access to the private beach, which is a big plus. Pool swimmers were gone by 10pm. We recommend staying here.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation - walk to the beach right across the street, or hop in the pool right out the back door.
